Perfect time to be on Cape Cod...Ideal located Quaint Cottage

Had a great week on Cape Cod..to clearify, we stayed saturday to saturday...9/16 to 9/23. Eastham/Orleans/Wellfleet and up to PTown are my favorite towns to enjoy the best that this vacation paradise has to offer. This cottage provided the perfect rustic old fashioned Cape charm complete with antique furnishings and moreover the optimal central location to make the most of all the beaches from Nauset all the way down to Race Point. The home was clean, the bedrooms cozy and everything worked fine. Loved how it was nestled back off route 6....enough that we could here nothing but the birds and wonderful ocean winds rustling thru the trees. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this location next year. Very reasonable wkly rate for this time of year. Grateful for the opportunity to stay in your rustic, dated cute cottage...in many ways just like we stepped back to the 1950s. So peaceful and tranquil I was able to finish a great book, excercise, swim and ride the awesome bike trails. Thankyou for giving us these memories.

Lovely pet friendly outdoor space

My husband and I and our two small dogs loved the enclosed patio and the large back yard with dog run! The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed the old time radio and wonderful cape station of 70s oldies! The living room and bedroom were comfortable, nice sectional and king bed! A dehumidifier in the basement would be a helpful addition as well as new filters in the air conditioners! Otherwise we enjoyed a week of sunshine on the Eastham and Wellfleet beaches!

This property was comfortable and convenient to be able to visit my daughter on 3 acres Road the path between the two streets was perfect and we were able to enjoy every morning out on the little towers

Great vacation spot

We loved this house. Size was perfect for the 5 of us (plus a Labrador). The yard was nice for the kids and the patio is set up so you can completely fence it in, which was perfect for the dog to lay in the sun. For us the location was also perfect - very close to the National Seashore, Wellfleet Audobon, and plenty of restaurant options. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be coming back in the future

We've been going to the Cape for many years and have always wanted to own a home that would be near the water. We love both the ocean and bay beaches. Historic Eastham offers both.

It's a lovely cottage on a quiet dead end street perfect for kids to bike on and with lots of sunshine too. We love the patio with the Wisteria creating a lovely shaded and cool setting for a glass of wine or dinner in the evening.

The cottage is on a quiet dead end street perfect for kids to bike on. The house has beautiful landscaping with lots of flowering plants. The large level yard is great with its dog run, horseshoe pit, badminton court and plenty of room for just playing or relaxing. We have redecorated with brand new furnishings and new flatscreen HD TV's with voice activated remotes. Minutes from ocean and bay beaches, restaurants, movies and shopping - yet it remains a very private setting.
