Non si può sbagliare con questa casa con tre camere da letto e due bagni a South Padre Island. È una casa sulla spiaggia vecchia scuola, ma niente dentro è vecchio. Questa bella casa è dove vuoi trascorrere le tue vacanze.

Dai un'occhiata al layout meraviglioso. La camera da letto principale è un letto king size. La seconda camera da letto ha una regina. L'ultima camera ha sia un letto full size che un letto a castello. Questa cuccetta ha un pieno sul fondo e una doppia sopra. Entrambi i divani nella zona giorno si piegano per ospitare altre 2 persone. Questa casa può ospitare un totale di 11 persone.

Questa casa è su palafitte. Sotto la casa troverete una meravigliosa area picnic. anche nel caldo dell'estate, sembra ancora bello qui sotto. C'è anche un cortile chiuso. Hai anche un portico sul retro favoloso e portico anteriore troppo.

Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti. La cucina è completamente equipaggiata. Ha tutto il necessario per la tua casa lontano da casa.

Wonderful stay on SPI

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Esperanza Escape is a charming property that goes exactly with the South Padre Island (SPI) atmosphere. The house is built on stilts as many SPI homes are due to the hurricane risk. This creates some undulating flooring (as noted in other reviews), which I thought was pretty fun. The house was well equipped and clean, and served our needs and then some. I would definitely stay here again.

Esperanza House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this house many many times over the years. Always enjoy it. House needs alot of work, seems to be skiding into disrepair. Sad, because it's such a Great place and we live it. We stayed there fir a week in Oct. "Insta Hot" water heating system was not working. We just stayed again last week for a long weekend and it's still not working properly. You have hot water just long enough to get soaped up and then straight cold!!! It seems to then come and go, so you spend your entire shower getting scalded or frozen out!!! Arrived to the house and dishwasher was open and on, closed the door to the dishwasher and water began poiring out of the left side all over the kitchen floor. House has settled so much the deadbolts in the bedrooms that access the backyard deck to not work. You are left with just the doorknob lock as security for the outer bedroom doors. House needs some TLC!!!!

Thanksgiving 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I spent a week here over Thanksgiving. The house was plenty of room for us all and the fenced off yard was perfect for our dog who also loved the front porch which has a roll gate. He spent so much time out there just laying and watching the people and cars go by. The house was well equipped for 5 guests, and the kitchen was easy to manuveuver and cook in. Super easy walk to the beach I recommend the Butterfly Garden beach access, but Poinsettia has lovely vegetation around the board walk so we alternates. Wanna Wannas beach bar was a easy beach walk from the house. It's right in walking distance to multiple restaurants and an ice cream place. Personally my favorite thing about the place was the original art. I spent a lot of time in the mornings sipping coffee and looking at the paintings. We would definitely stay here again.
