Dalla Beach @ Catho è una casa storica situata nel sobborgo marino di Catherine Hill Bay. È perfettamente situato direttamente di fronte alla spiaggia!

Formalmente l'ufficio postale storico costruito nel 1904, questa casa è stata ristrutturata con gli standard di oggi, ma conserva le sue pareti originali del clapboard e pavimenti in legno di legno. Tutto su un livello è perfetto per gli anziani o per quelli con una giovane famiglia.

Con tre ampie camere da letto, una zona giorno a pianta aperta, un camino a combustione e una veranda avvolgente, questa casa ti assicura di rilassarti con la famiglia e di godere di tutto ciò che la zona offre.

La camera da letto principale ha 1 letto matrimoniale, la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale più un letto a castello singolo, mentre la terza ha un altro letto matrimoniale - 8 posti letto tutti su.

Il bagno moderno conserva il fascino del vecchio mondo del villaggio dei minatori, con un pediluvio artiglio, e ha anche una doccia separata, mentre la cucina è stata completamente rinnovata per un facile intrattenimento. C'è anche una doccia sulla spiaggia all'esterno e un WC esterno.

Il grande cortile recintato è perfetto per i bambini a giocare e la camera familiare posteriore è convenientemente posta per assicurarsi che siano ancora in udito di madre e papà! L'avvolgente veranda coperta è perfetta per sedersi con un bicchiere di vino o birra, e solo annusare l'aria salata e ascoltare le onde che si infrangono sulla battigia

Si prega di notare: il letto superiore avrà la biancheria fornita, ma il letto non sarà fatto.

I cani all'aperto sono ammessi su richiesta e un piccolo pagamento aggiuntivo deve essere pagato direttamente.

A perfect family weekend away

We loved our weekend at 'By The Beach at Catho'. Our teenagers enjoyed walking across the road to go spear fishing each day. We took long walks on the beach and spent time as a family sitting around on the back deck. The outdoor shower was super handy and the hammock was heavily fought over. We'll definitely be back!

What a gem of a property By the Beach at Catho is. With its location directly opposite the beach, it is the perfect spot for a beach holiday. The house is well-appointed and filled with charm. We experienced the ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation. The house itself is one of the better-appointed accommodations, with everything you need to cook, entertain and enjoy the space. Other conveniences, such as great internet, a good-sized TV, games and plenty of spaces to enjoy were appreciated. Catherine Hill Bay and the surrounds doesn’t have a lot of eating out options, but there’s a terrific seafood market in Swansea and once you’ve got your supplies, you don’t need to go elsewhere. It’s a self-contained holiday space. The house was clean, linen comfortable and plenty of towels to see the week through.

Fantastic beach house right across the from the beach!

This is the third time we have stayed here and it is a fabulous house just across the rd from the beach. Beautiful back garden with deck and perfect for sundowners! Comfy beds and a super efficient fireplace for those chilly winter nights. Highly recommend this home!

Catherine Hill Bay is a small coastal village located in New South Wales. Known for its pristine beaches and historical significance, it offers a charming blend of natural beauty and cultural heritage.

The township is named after the "Catherine Hill" a two masted wooden topsail schooner built at Wisemans Ferry in 1866. Catherine Hill ran aground on the beach between Bird Island Point and Lake Macquarie, during a fierce gale. The beach and bay where the shipwreck occurred was later named Catherine Hill Bay in commemoration of the wreck. The owner of the ship was Captain Hill.
