Excellent location and very quiet. Deficiencies could be easily corrected

excellent location and very quiet. Property manager, Veeve, has still not addressed the issues below. I told them several times that I was holding off on posting this review hoping to have their response (sent directly to their email) to what you see below: some things that should be remedied, and are fairly basic : no bread knife or cutting board - the knives available were totally unsatisfactory. I took a photo of the (one) drawer that had silverware/utensils in it, should there be any question/confusion about what we are trying to tell you. no washing up liquid - we bought our own and brought home. while there was an oven and some pots and pans, there were no cooking or serving utensils (except a solitary soup ladle). not even a spatula or oven mitts/pot holder. I had brought paper towels in my suitcase, as well as an extra bar of soap, both of which we used during the week. the one evening that we bought prepared food that we wanted to just heat up in the oven (having already determined there was no way to actually cook anything), we discovered there was nothing at all in the kitchen to take the hot pan out of the oven. we had to use one of the two bathroom hand towels. the coffeemaker only worked with the (one) large mug, which we then transferred to the two smaller cups. not sure why. We had a reservation for seven nights, and had fortunately brought our own coffee pods: only four were provided. When we checked in and noticed no extra trash bags, the young woman from Veeve told us we could go to the store and buy more. actually, there should have been extra trash bags! fortunately, mostly because of the woefully inadequate kitchen utensils, we didn't generate enough trash to need more than the one bag provided..... When we had asked Veeve, the property manager, ahead of time about (for example) the coffee, they said they recommend owners supply, but can't guarantee what will be there upon arrival. With our previous VRBO rentals, we were able to communicate directly with owners, although we would not have thought to ask about bread knife and cutting board in a Paris flat. Nor would we have dreamed that a kitchen with oven, and cooktop would have no utensils for cooking or serving food. The deficiencies would be very inexpensive to remedy. Here is hoping that future tenants find everything in order.

bien localisé mais manque de propreté

le chauffage ne marchait pas, il faisait très froid. Beaucoup de poussière dans tout l'appartement et la cuisine n'est pas très propre.

Great Location, Great Flat!

This flat was perfect for us (two adults) visiting Paris and wanting to get around the city easily. Within walking distance are two Metro stations (Passy and Trocadéro ) that will get you pretty much anywhere from Versailles to Charles de Gaulle Airport. Both balconies are very usable and great for enjoying the evening or morning with coffee or wine and there are multiple bodegas in the neighborhood so we were never at a loss for local food. If you're comfortable with the metro system, this flat with a Paris visitor pass is definitely a great way to see the beauty of Paris.
