A soli 12 km dal centro di Verona, facilmente raggiungibile in automobile (si trova a 4 km dall’uscita Verona Est dell’autostrada A4) questa residenza è situata all’interno di una corte tipica dell’architettura rurale della campagna veronese, in posizione panoramica sulla collina di San Briccio. Tutto intorno, la vista spazia sui vigneti dove si coltivano le uve pregiate per produrre i famosi vini Valpolicella, Soave, Amarone e Recioto. Gli amanti del buon vino potranno visitare le Cantine della zona, tra le più rinomate del panorama vinicolo italiano. Questo alloggio è sicuramente il luogo ideale per una vacanza all’insegna del relax a contatto con la natura ed è un punto di partenza strategico per visitare tra le più interessanti città storiche italiane. In automobile infatti il centro di Verona è a 15 minuti, Vicenza e Mantova si raggiungono in 30 minuti, in 50 minuti si arriva a Padova e in circa 1 ora e 10 minuti a Venezia. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano la antiche terme di Caldiero e il borgo medioevale di Soave. Per gli amanti del trekking si possono compiere delle escursioni sui sentieri di collina intorno alla casa (a pochi passi si trova il Forte Italiano di San Briccio) oppure in 35 minuti in automobile raggiungere l’altipiano della Lessinia, cuore della montagna Veronese e in 30 minuti il Gruppo del Carega. La parte meridionale del lago di Garda con i tipici paesi di Lazise e Bardolino si raggiunge in circa 40 minuti.
La casa è stata recentemente restaurata e i proprietari hanno voluto mantenere l’impianto originario tipico delle abitazioni rurali venete del XVIII secolo. I tre piani – terra, primo e secondo – sono infatti collegati da una RIPIDA SCALA che si è voluto ricostruire nelle dimensioni originarie. Il piano terra ospita soggiorno e cucina, il piano primo una spaziosa camera da letto e due bagni, il piano secondo una camera da letto molto grande e una camera da letto più piccola.
Il posto è tranquillo e silenzioso e dalle finestre si gode una vista straordinaria delle colline circostanti.

A typical rural house ("rustico") in the hills surrounding Verona with 110 square meters living quarters and 4-5 beds. At only 12 km from downtown Verona, easily accessible by car (4 km from the exit "Verona Est" on the A4 motorway) this residence is located inside a courtyard, typical of the rural architecture of the Verona countryside, offering a panoramic view over the hill of San Briccio. All around, the view sweeps over vineyards where the prestigious grapes are grown to produce the famous Valpolicella, Soave, Amarone and Recioto wines. Lovers of fine wines can visit the wineries of the area, among the most renowned in the Italian wine scene. This accommodation is certainly the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in contact with nature and is a strategic starting point to visit many among the most interesting historic Italian cities. In fact, it is a 15-minute drive by car to downtown Verona, Vicenza and Mantua can be reached in 30 minutes, in 50 minutes you arrive in Padua and in about 1 hour and 10 minutes in Venice. In the immediate vicinity are the ancient thermal baths of Caldiero and the medieval city of Soave. For lovers of hiking and trekking there are several excursions along the hills and paths immediately surrounding the house (the Italian Fort of San Briccio is in walking distance) or in 35 minutes by car you will reach the plateau of Lessinia, the heart of the Veronese mountains and in 30 minutes you can be in the Carega Group. The Southern part of Lake Garda with the typical villages of Lazise and Bardolino can be reached in about 40 minutes. The country-house was recently renovated, and the owners wanted to keep the original layout, typical of the rural houses in the eighteenth century. The living quarters are divided over three floors - ground, first and second floor - which are connected by a STEEP STAIRCASE that was rebuilt according to the original dimensions. YOUNG CHILDREN OR ELDERLY PEOPLE SHOULD BE WELL AWARE OF AND PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THIS CIRCUMSTANCE ! The ground floor houses the living room and kitchen, the first floor a spacious bedroom and two separate bathrooms, the second floor a very large bedroom and a smaller bedroom. The location is peaceful and quiet and from the windows you enjoy an extraordinary view on the surrounding hills. An uncovered parking space is reserved right in front of the house. Clean sheets and linens are provided weekly and the house is equipped with dishes, gas oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, TV, Wi-fi, hair dryer and a washing machine.

Der Blick schweift über die Weinberge, in denen die berühmten Trauben angebaut werden, aus denen die edlen Weine Valpolicella, Soave, Amarone und Recioto gewonnen werden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt von Verona, Vicenza und Mantua sind in 30 Minuten zu erreichen, in 50 Minuten gelangt man nach Padua und in ca. 1 Stunde und 10 Minuten nach Venedig. Für Trekking-Liebhaber gibt es mehrere Ausflüge, die unmittelbar vor dem Haus starten, entlang der Hügel und Wege (das italienische Fort San Briccio ist direkt zu Fuß erreichbar) oder in 35 Minuten mit dem Auto befinden Sie sich auf dem Plateau von Lessinien, das Herz der Veroneser Berge und in 30 Minuten sind Sie Mitten in der Carega-Gruppe. Der südliche Teil des Gardasees mit den typischen Orten Lazise und Bardolino ist in ca. 40 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Landhaus wurde vor kurzem renoviert und die Eigentümer wollten bewusst die ursprüngliche, für die ländlichen Häuser im achtzehnten Jahrhundert typische Aufteilung beibehalten. Die Wohnräume sind auf drei Stockwerke verteilt - Erdgeschoss, erster und zweiter Stock - die durch eine steile Treppe miteinander verbunden sind und nach den Originalmaßen wieder nachgebaut wurde. Kleine Kinder oder ältere Menschen sollten sich diesem Umstand bewusst sein und unbedingt hierauf achten! Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer und die Küche, im ersten Stock ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit zwei separaten Badezimmern, im zweiten Stock ein sehr großes Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Schlafzimmer. Die Lage ist ruhig und besonnen und von den oberen Fenstern genießen Sie einen außergewöhnlichen Blick auf die umliegenden Hügel. Ein ungedeckter Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Eingang zum Haus reserviert. Saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden wöchentlich zur Verfügung gestellt und das Haus ist mit Geschirr, Gasküche, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, TV, WLAN, Fön und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
