The residence is located in the historical canter of Terni, in a palace from XIV century. The 200 sqm apartment is the result a the restoration operated under the design of one of most renown local architects in 1993. Organized on three levels, the apartment is structured with an elegant setting and a fine selection of furniture.
On the first level, a living room with private garden (approximately 210 sqm), and a first bedroom with private bathroom. Facing on the double height of the living room, an intermediate floor is set as reading room and gives access to the guests bathroom. Finally, on the first floor, Kitchen, dining room and a second living room face the garden, while a long corridor connects them with two more bedrooms with private bathrooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds.
Under the historical ceilings of the house, history and modern design meet. Most of the pieces of furniture are in fact renown designs, exhibited in museums all around the world. In combination, the architect personally designed a series of customized pieces of furniture, including the dining table, the beds and the entrance gate, inspired by the artworks of Lucio Fontana. Moreover, productions of local artists and copies of renowned artworks decorate the walls of the house.
The residence has multiple accesses, and it is provided with elevator and parking for three cars in the shared garden.
