This Mediterranean fairytale villa is just ten minutes away from the historical center of Syracuse. The great advantage of living in the villa comes from her modern utilities combined with the ancient and mystical
surroundings.
Villa Giusy offers 4 spacious rooms with high ceilings derived from the renovation of the barn and shelter for animals. The decor with rustic furniture: wrought iron, terracotta and ceramics makes Villa Giusy an oasis of comfort and refinement.
Giusy Villa can accommodate up to 12 people, offering a typical Sicilian vacation equivalent to a 4 stars hotel in a 'friendly atmosphere that will make guests feel like home.
Each room has a private entrance, private bathroom equipped with a central heating system, air conditioning, mini bar and complimentary FREE access to a WIFI Internet network.
The villa has everything you need starting with a great yard filled with plants and trees, which are reigned by a blue water pool. Near the pool you can take sunbaths using the comfortable chaise longue, and you can refresh your skin under one of the two hot water showers.
You won’t be too far from the beaches and the Nature Reserves, just 10 to 15 minutes by car. Also, a 3 min drive you have a shopping center with a large supermarket.

Villa guests have access to two independent stable from the building of the landlord. The pool has a private entrance and during the stay will be for the exclusive use of guests. Pool towels are provided upon request.
