My husband, adult daughter and I stayed here for 6 nights while visiting London recently. The flat is lovely--filled with beautiful light, high ceilings and period charm. The two bedrooms/1 bath worked perfectly for the three of us. Flat also has wi-fi and smart TV.
The neighborhood is terrific as well -- centrally located, but residential enough for it to quiet down in the evenings. It is a short walk to the Bakerloo line, certainly handy for going to/coming from West End theaters (which we did a couple nights) and of course, connecting to anywhere else within London. Paddington Station is close by, so getting to/from LHR via the Heathrow Express was quick and hassle-free as well.
There a few small markets in the neighborhood for basics like milk, eggs, etc. Gail's (across from the tube stop) has delicious bread and pastries. We also had a great meal at Antika one evening (just around the corner from the flat).
Jenny is a hostess with mostest! Greeted us upon our arrival with a friendly smile and welcome. She had stocked the fridge with bubbly, milk, coffee, etc which were much appreciated (many thanks!). She was available during our stay for any questions as well.
We'd love to return sometime soon!
