Una casa di storia completata nel gennaio 2016 inclusa la piscina riscaldata dalla comunità, situata nella prestigiosa West Round Rock - 4 camere da letto 2 bagni completamente arredata per i "9" - può ospitare fino a 8 ed è Baby Friendly. Moderno e contemporaneo. Grande sala con camino, TV 4K con lettore DVD e divano componibile. Cucina aperta, sala da pranzo e soggiorno - tutte con vista su The Pond, alberi, cintura verde e sentieri.

Scrivania perfettamente funzionante con forniture per ufficio e stampante HP in Master - Copia, Stampa, Scansione, Fax.

Caffettiera Keurig con tazze K di avviamento. Inoltre, nella dispensa della cucina c'è una macchinetta per il caffè americano Drainart per gli ospiti che preferiscono i loro caffè speciali. TV via cavo gratuita con oltre 200 canali inclusi canali premium Showtime & Epix, Internet 300 mbps con WiFi Netgear. Dotato di lavatrice e asciugatrice LG Smart. C'è un garage per 2 auto: parcheggio il mio Honda Pilot sul lato destro, quindi c'è spazio per 1 auto sulla sinistra, 2 auto sul vialetto e un sacco di parcheggio aggiuntivo sulla strada.

A piedi, in bicicletta o in auto fino alla piscina riscaldata riscaldata dalla comunità, 15-20 minuti a piedi dalla natura alla piscina. User-friendly experience and lots of room

My daughter and I summarized the property as perfectly advertised and interactions with the property manager/ owner as professional. She’s 16 and so her words were “he’s kind of obsessed with making it nice”. What she means: everything was so easy for us. When you’re in a place just a short time, you typically have a high proportion of your stay learning… where are the glasses, which direction is hot on the faucet, which drawer has the hair dryer, etc. Here, so many of those things are labeled. Also, the AV stuff is organized. Kitchen was great- has everything you need. If we stayed longer I would have wanted to grill on the gorgeous back deck with nice and numerous outdoor furniture. Most of all the host/ manager (Gary) is an exceptional communicator and flexible meeting requests/ information asks. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

Our party consisted of two families of 3, which the house accommodated nicely. The house is beautiful with a large outdoor space and high ceilings giving it a very open and airy feeling. It contained everything needed for a great stay... We didn't purchase any extras other than food and drinks for our stay. It has a great deck that overlooks a little lake, perfect for morning coffee and listening to the birds. There is access to a community pool for a small fee, but we did not check that out. It was an option though! Check in and out were very easy and Gary was easy to talk to and communicate with. Great stay overall!!

Pleasantly surprised!!

What a great experience! The property looked exactly like the pictures, which was a wonderful surprise, but we were blown away with just how meticulous the owner is to every detail within the house! The kitchen was beyond equipped providing EVERYTHING we needed for our stay, even so much as having things labeled so you were fully aware of where things went, or how things were operated. The decor was very well appointed, and the beds very comfortable. The outdoor deck is very inviting and great for gatherings. Our family was so impressed with this property. Should we ever need a home in Austin again, we will not hesitate to contact Gary!!

I have been in the Real Estate business for over 40 years in the Los Angeles area. This property is a second home for me as I love to visit Round Rock / Austin. The home can be easily accessed via I-35 and is on the border of Cedar Park & Round Rock. This property is great for me since when I visit on my own, I have everything I might want or need close by. When I want to cook at home there is H.E.B. where I can buy anything I might imagine to cook for dinner. Or if I want to go out for dinner there is more selection of restaurants than one could possibly want. And for fun, I go dancing at downtown Austin on Friday & Saturday nights.

There are 3 important things one should consider when investing in real estate - LOCATION, LOCATION, & LOCATION. When looking for a second home for myself, I wanted a location that would be in the middle of activities, event venues and employment centers yet a quick drive to downtown Austin. Close to over 30 event rental facilities including the newly completed Rabb House . Round Rock is the sports capital of Texas. There are sports facilities throughout Round Rock where many local, state & national tournaments are held. Almost every weekend there is a tournament at one of Round Rock's sports venues - such as the 8 basketball / volleyball facility located about 1 mile from my home. Also this property is centrally located near employment centers such as Dell World Headquarters, La Frontera Business Park as well as Apple, Electronic Arts, Oracle, eBay, PayPal, Google, GM and more. It is close to shopping including H.E.B. wonderful grocery store, Round Rock Premium Outlets and many more along I-35 and in Cedar Park on FM 1431. Close to the The Domain shopping mall via MoPac where Nordstrom opened their new store in September, 2016 and where Restoration Hardware recently opened their premier Gallery store with over 60,000 square feet on 4 floors. Many of these companies have reserved my home for employee transfers, visiting executives as well as store openings. Restaurants are abound to fit any palate and pocketbook from fast food to fine dining. Entertainment & Recreational venues are all around this property. So whatever one is looking for can be found within a few minutes drive from this property. And downtown Austin is a straight shot on I-35 which is about 20 miles close.

When not using my home, I wanted to offer the home to families and companies at a good value. I strived to equip the home with everything that either a family or company would need or want during their visit. If there is anything you think should be included, please let me know.
