This apartment is in a great location just a couple blocks from the Panthein and Largo Argentina and a couple more to Piazza Navona. We loved having an original wall from the Spa of Agrippa running through it, the only downfall is that I think some of the water is still there. The apartment was so damp our bath towels would not dry out and it was too chilly to turn on the a/c. A de-humidifier would be a great investment. Overall though we really enjoyed it and as mentioned, you can't beat the location.
Great Location in the Heart of Rome
We stayed in this apartment for one week in early April, 2019. The location is awesome and the courtyard is really charming with the ancient walls of the Baths of Attica. Unfortunately, it was cold and rainy while we were there and unable to use it much. The apartment is quiet and has all the necessary features including lots of storage and WiFi which worked great. The property managers were very responsive during the reservation process and while we were in residence. The place was a little musty when we arrived which was a turn-off but with airing out and heat, after a day or so this wasn't an issue. I suggested they install some better lighting in the living room as it felt dark and a little cave-like. During warmer months, this place is probably a real oasis from the heat and noise of the city as the windows only open onto the courtyard. There is a great restaurant right across the street from the front door.
Excellent location and very roomy
Would absolutely recommend this spot for the price. Very central, we we centered between the colluseum and the Vatican, right next to the pantheon.
As with our other HomeAway place, WiFi was not working. That is a pain when you are traveling and do not have cell signal in the area. They had a mobile hotspot, but since the place is bottom floor in a courtyard it also had no signal so we had to go outside to use it. Just be prepared with any research you want to do on Rome before you get there.
Communication was OK, and we were able to check in a bit early, which was incredibly helpful.
