The Loft Net ha una bella vista sul mare e sulla campagna ed è riscaldata in inverno da un bruciatore di registro e di stoccaggio notte riscaldatori. Ha un ampio soggiorno e 3 camere da letto. Mantiene molte caratteristiche originali. Portmellon è una piccola comunità spiaggia, con un accogliente pub familiare che serve birra e familiari piatti locali. 15 minuti a piedi è Mevagissey, un 14 ° secolo di lavoro della Cornovaglia villaggio di pescatori. Con le sue barche da pesca, negozi, gallerie e ristoranti lungo le stradine acciottolate, fornisce un assaggio della vera Cornovaglia. Il Loft Net è all'ultimo piano di un edificio napoleonica pre. A lovely unique property with fabulous views in a beautiful part of Cornwall.
A lovely, clean spacious property with beautiful views over Portmellon bay. Mevagissey is a 10-15 minute walk and has numerous places to eat and drink, a beautiful little harbour and lots of character. The owners information is accurate noting where care is needed (ie the steep steps up to the apartment and narrow lanes which are so typical of Cornwall). The Net Loft offers an ideal location for exploring this beautiful part of Cornwal, superb coastal walks and the Lost Gardens of Heligan were stunning and only a short drive away. We were lucky to book a last minute vacancy and found the owners to be prompt in their confirmation and information needed. Happy to recommend this after a lovely week away!

Wunderschön und sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes helles Haus mit fantastischem Blick auf die Küste Cornwalls. Perfekt für 2 Familien mit Kindern, die sich gut verstehen. Verwunschener Garten. Schöner geht es kaum!
This apartment is in a beautiful position. Sea views galore and lovely coastal walks.
The apartment itself is nice, it’s big, light but very very hot in the summer. However it’s far from 5* currently. The check in is very late being 4PM, we rent cottages every year and have never checked in later than 2PM. The reason for this being that the house keeper is snowed under with Work. I asked the question if it were ready earlier could someone inform us but this wasn’t a possibility. We arrived in portmellon at 1PM and went into the pub next door to find the house keeper in there, clearly finished her cleaning....! I do hope that this was just poor communication and not that we were not welcome earlier. Once we were in the appartment all seemed well. As the week went on it became apparent that it wasn’t very clean at all. In the main bedroom behind the bed was what looked like paint chipped off the wall and a lot of dust, this was Also in main living room. There was black mold in the shower room. The cushions on sofa were filthy, it goes on. Be careful if you take dogs, there’s a very low wall in garden that they can easily pop over and out of the garden. The pub is awful, dirty, not friendly at all, at one point their fridge had broken so the only option was warm beer.... nothing much was done about this whilst we were there anyway. I would certainly not eat in there. It’s a shame as I’m pretty sure if they got their act together the pub would be thriving! We would definitely have used it a lot. Overall I do think this place is lovely but some measures need to be taken to make it 5*.
Portmellon hideaway with stunning sea views
Delightful beachside property overlooking Portmellon Beach. The Net Loft is on the top floor of a large building so the views are amazing as it is perched above the beach. It is a light, bright, airy and beautifully decorated apartment. The main living space has plenty of room, a well equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, two sofas and a log burner. It would be a restful and relaxing space no matter what the time of year. We were two families staying in the property, 3 adults and 3 kids, there was plenty of room for us all. Beds were really comfortable and bathrooms sufficient for everyone. It was brilliant to have a garden with all we needed for outdoor dining and BBQ's. The kids appreciated the crabbing nets, buckets and spades too. Given the fact the property is high up you need to climb several flights of steps up to the property. For us that was no problem and we had the benefit of beautiful sea views. The property is just across the road from Portmellon beach, only a minute away!! Portmellon is a quiet and restful place, pub next to us we perfect for a sundowner after a busy day. Beach is great for kids, safe and sandy with plenty of rock pools to explore. If you are looking for a bit more activity walk about 20 mins into Mevagissey for great places to eat, drink, shop and watch the world go by. Highly recommend a visit to The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Lanhydrock (National Trust). Don't miss Fish and Chips in Fowey. A perfect Cornwall holiday rental, can highly recommend.
Excellent location and view.
Very clean and beautifully presented. Facilities were excellent. The only down side was the shower didn't drain very well and you were left standing in water. Still excellent property.
Communication was excellent with owner prior to our stay. She made everything easy including directions, arrival instructions and a thoughtful welcome pack with essentials.
Everything was clean and although the steps are steep the accommodation is all on the same level. Furniture is comfortable and the views are absolutely stunning. We will be back! :)

Arrival time from 4pm and departure by 10am. These may be flexible during low season and by prior arrangement. Short stays are available low season. Long stays are also available in low season but do not include internet or electric bills - these are payable in addition. Notes on prices: Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Email the owner to get prices for shorter breaks. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome. There is an additional charge of £25 per dog. Dogs are restricted to the living area and are not permitted in the bedrooms.
