Merci à Will pour cette magnifique semaine.
Peaceful!
We had a really good week. Will was extremely accommodating in getting a couple of the bicycles tuned nicely for our use, because he knew that was important to us (we rode 30-50K every day). After exploring other parts of Italy, this area was low key and quiet - precisely what we had hoped for. We enjoyed the views from the rooftop terrace, the character of the trulli rooms, and the outdoor spaces. Will encouraged us to eat the ripened grapes off the vine (yum!) and we also collected and cracked a bunch of almonds from the almond trees on the property (excellent!). The location was good, between Ostuni and Carovigno, and worked well as a base for exploring the area. We had the antipasti for two (at Will's recommendation) at La Cantina, and it was a really fun (and filling) experience. Touring the countryside by bike was stress-free due to low-traffic roads, and it was so interesting to see the trulli dotting the landscape. We also visited Alberobello - touristy but not overly crowded, with lots of photo opps, and some of the other nearby towns. The Adriatic Coast was very scenic, and our timing was great because the weather was wonderful but the beaches were practically deserted because it was off-season. Overall if you are seeking a remote location with a bit more of a rustic feel, we recommend this! Thanks, Will!
Ostuni Stay
Great property, a little disconnected for 6 people with limited indoor living space. Owner is a great guy and very accommodating.
Fabulous time at Villa Acacia, Ostuni!
Our group of 3 couples just finished a most wonderful relaxing 2 weeks at Villa Acacia! From the onset of discovering the villa online a year ago and everything in between, Will has been the most accommodating and tireless perfect host answering all of our questions and making suggestions. WhatsApp is a fantastic social media tool!
Will provided all the necessities for breakfast which made our jet-lagged first morning so enjoyable and easy. The villa is equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home and after a couple of days, the villa really felt like home. It is perfectly situated as we did many day trips to nearby towns and beaches. Who knew Puglia had so much to do and see? We lucked out on perfect weather the whole time and enjoyed all our meals outside on the patio. The morning swim in our pool was a refreshing way to greet each day. A highlight for us was a Italian cooking lesson taught by Annarita that Will arranged for us at the villa. That was great fun for all. Who knew pasta making was so simple! Also the many restaurant recommendations were appreciated as we sampled the delicious Puglian cuisine.
But more than anything ,dealing with Will was such a pleasure. That made the difference! We became friends from our initial queries to taking our farewells. Thank you and hope to see you soon Will.

We really enjoyed our stay and the villa was clean and well looked after.
Villa was in a lovely peaceful area and there are many scenic villages and towns to visit by car.
Will the owner was on hand if you had any requirements and was the perfect host.
Villa was clean and well looked after and is beautifully set in olive groves , grapevines and fig trees giving a peaceful setting to enjoy by the pool.
Posizione
