L'appartamento è moderno, leggero ed è stato ben arredate. Dispone di TV satellitare, lettore DVD e connessione Wi-Fi su richiesta. Si può godere la terrazza con mobili da giardino in rattan per colazioni indimenticabili all'aria aperta, per un riposo pomeridiano o per una vista spettacolare tramonto. L'appartamento si trova accanto alla piscina. Il sito offre una gamma completa di servizi tra cui 2 grandi piscine e una piscina per bambini, sauna, ping pong, sala giochi, palestra completamente attrezzata, area giochi per bambini, campo da tennis e campo da basket. Una piscina vanta una zona interna ombreggiata che offre riparo dal sole caldo nei mesi estivi. Pieno di aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, con opportune zanzariere a tutte le finestre non si dovrebbe desiderare di utilizzare l'aria condizionata.

Our family of four (two children aged 15 and 16) totally loved our stay in Paul's apartment. The complex was well laid out, three shared pools and not too busy despite it being the summer holidays and a short walk to the pebbly beach.
The apartment had everything you could reasonably want too, clean and spacious. The only thing lacking was access to any TV channels but there was a dvd player to go with the TV. Paul himself was an incredibly responsive host too.
All in all we all had a great time and I am keen to go back!

We've just returned from a week at this apartment and had a wonderful time.The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable and was ideal for our family of 5.
There are 3 pools to choose from which includes a children's pool. My husband and I also made use of the gym. The bar was not open but this wasn't a problem for us as we'd stocked up on food and alcohol and enjoyed a drink and eating on the veranda. The position of the apartment is ideal as we were able to keep an eye on the kids by the pool.
The apartment is well equipped, includes towels, hairdryer, iron etc. As well as air con, there are fans provided as well.
A car is essential to get around for shopping and beach exploring and Paul helped us arrange transfers and car hire.
We found it good value for money and would highly recommend staying here.

Good property, good outside space, overpriced - some site facilities have not been open since 2016
We initially had issues with the information provided on how to find and access the property as there wasn't any information on the website as expected. It took a few phone calls to sort this out - not great when you are wanting to head of to the airport! However these issues were addressed. The property was ideal for our party with enough space in the open plan living dining kitchen. The bedrooms were a good size with ample storage. Would have preferred a sower cubicle rather than the wet room set up, second bathroom/shower room was good. There was a comfortable seating area in the lounge, excellent outside space with nice furniture. However the internet was very intermittent, we could not get the TV to work (not a problem for us). The property has english sockets. The property is very much as described, however, quite a few of the facilities quoted as available are in fact NOT, eg, no snack-bar near the pool - this has been closed since last year and is still closed! The jacuzzi is also NOT available, it was taped off and we were told it hasn't been available since last year! There was a sauna in a locked room which we did not use, you had to telephone someone to get a key - no body used it whilst we were there. The nearest bar/shop is described as being 500m away, in fact this is a couple of km away along a very windy road not walking distance. The swimming pools were excellent and the two larger pools are lit up at night so its possible to swim later in the evening, the pools and surrounding area was clean and safe with excellent toilet and shower facilities.
We chatted to a couple of families who owned property on the complex of a similar size, and were told they were only charging around 250.00 per week to stay in their properties. After hearing this and particularly as some of the site facilities haven't been available since autumn 2016 we felt this property was overpriced. We feel the overview of the property and its facilities should be updated to reflect the facilities that are actually available now, when we booked in February 16 these facilities were NOT available but were still being advertised. A car is essential we used A1 for transfers from Larnaca and car hire, we had a few problems, had to change the first car due to safety issues, the second car was fine but they forgot to deliver the child seat we had booked so wouldn't recommend A1. probably wouldn't have booked this property if it had been accurately advertised
Thank you for your review and your valuable feedback which raised some issues that are very concerning to me. I'm so sorry your stay wasn't as pleasant as expected and have tried to address your issues as follows:
1. The information on accessing the property and other useful information is sent to you via a welcome email from Owners Direct. The email address it is sent to is the one which is given when making the booking. I checked my account and this was sent to you prior to your departure. I will check with Owners Direct to see why you did not receive this as we try to provide a professional service to our guests and make their stay as 'stress free' as possible.
2. I appreciate your comments about the bar, it was closed in October for winter last year and we expected it to be open this year.
The Jacuzzi is still broken and I will be taking the issue up with the onsite management company. We pay a monthly site to ensure all facilities are in good working order. I have removed both these facilities from our description on Owners Direct and apologise to you for this inconvenience.
The sauna is locked as there have been issues in the past with unsupervised children.
However, the key code is available from the management office. I will update our info to make sure that any future guests are aware of this.
3. I am very surprised that an owner would rent you their property for £250 per week.
Our price is similar to all other 3 bedroom apartments on site which are booked though an agency such as Owners Direct. We checked the rate with our management company and other owners to verify this.
However, some rentals are done direct, which means there is no apartment clean or checkout fees (washing bedding, towels etc) included in this (this typically costs around £60-70) Also, Owners Direct charge a commission and other admin fees.
5. I will pass your comments about the car hire onto A One. As I recommended them to you I feel responsible for your problems with them.
They have always provided me and our guests with good, reliable service.

Brilliant spacious and well decorated would recommend for family stay swimming pool are great a lot better then going to a busy hotel
We stayed here in this beautiful apartment, it was very clean and well looked after, it's in a perfect spot on this fantastic complex, The apartment was very spacious and had everything you need, the furnishings are really beautiful and comfortable inside and out, my favor ate place on this complex was the pool/spa area and enjoyed a few evenings relaxing in the hot tub ,I travelled on my own to meet family here, I have to say the arranged transfers that was arranged by the owners was great, I was a little nervous of traveling on my own but I was really pleased that I had a friendly driver made me feel very welcome pointing out local attractions and nice places to visit , My holiday here was one of the best I have had and will defiantly stay here again .

Absolutely love the apartment Paul the owner couldn't have been more accommodating and we are return visitors and don't like staying anywhere else, the complex is first class and has everything you need with shops and restaurants close by. I would recommend this apartment to everyone you will not be disappointed. 5 stars and more!!

spiaggia privata di ciottoli si trova a 2 minuti a piedi dalla proprietà. Un sacco di spiagge disponibili in giro Cipro Nord tra cui una lussuosa balneari come il beach Escape (40 min), Cornaro / spiagge Shayna (30 minuti), spiaggia di Acapulco (30 minuti) e la nuova spiaggia di Marina Karpaz (50 min).
Ci sono varie altre spiagge più stretti con con la propria po 'di personalità, tra le spiagge di tartaruga.
L'appartamento è situato in Tatlisu a Cipro Nord ed è: 30 minuti dal centro della località Kyrenia. 50 minuti dall'aeroporto di Ercan. 1 ora dall'aeroporto di Larnaca
Trasferimento aeroporto - Noleggio auto è consigliato e ci può aiutare con aziende di autonoleggio locali che offrono la raccolta dall'aeroporto come parte del contratto di noleggio. Si prega di chiedere per ulteriori dettagli.
Tatlisu Centro 10 minuti di auto. Più vicino ristorante 2 minuti d'auto. Più vicino bar 2 minuti d'auto. Spiaggia più vicina 2 minuti a piedi (baia privata e appartata). Vicina Mini / Supermercato 2 minuti d'auto.
La città di Kyrenia è un must con la sua splendida baia a ferro di cavallo fiancheggiata da ristoranti e bar, questa città si anima di notte. Non dimenticate di esplorare tutti i vicoli e le strade laterali per più bar, offrono un'atmosfera diversa.
Avere una macchina ti dà tanta libertà di esplorare i castelli, città e molte spiagge, che sono eccellenti per nuotare e fare snorkeling. Ci sono molte calette e spiagge che si trovano lungo la costa e un certo numero di spiagge di sabbia all'interno di un azionamento 10-15 minuti lungo la strada costiera in entrambe le direzioni. Famagosta e Abbazia di Bellapais sono due belle città la pena di prendere una visita. Nelle vicinanze servizi includono l'equitazione, immersioni subacquee, passeggiate in montagna e numerosi casinò. Il Karpas a distanza è di 2 ore di auto dove gli asini selvatici vagano nella campagna incontaminata.
Alagadi Turtle Beach è una spiaggia pubblica popolare, a soli 15 minuti di auto lungo la strada costiera dalla vostra villa. Un must per vedere quando il bambino tartarughe botola e fanno per il mare, questa spiaggia è un luogo importante per l'allevamento di tartarughe marine e viene strettamente sorvegliati, in modo da 'tratteggi Tartaruga' sono pubblicati e gratuito, con un tour a piedi lungo la spiaggia e un interessante parlare, mentre gli studenti universitari di tutto il mondo trascorrono l'estate qui la raccolta di dati su queste affascinanti creature.

Booking Notes: 25% non refundable deposit secures your dates. The full balance must be paid 15 days before arrival, into a UK bank account. A deposit for damages and excessive electricity usage of £200 is also required, this will be returned to you, after check out and the property has been checked and the electricity meter read (14 days).
