My partner and I were there for a 2-week stay. The apartment was new, attractive and clean. The dining and living room furniture is quite solid and sturdy. The apartment has tile floors throughout with pleasant themes and colors.
The apartment’s kitchen is very functional for an extended stay. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, wine glasses, even a blender. The sink has a filtered water tap and Alex provides 5-gallon jugs of filtered water as well so you never run out. The new stainless-steel refrigerator was quite spacious and had no problem holding our purchases. It has an ice maker and a cold-water dispenser supplied by a filtered water reservoir (that you refill as needed). The microwave oven was one of the bigger ones I have seen in a rental. The gas stove was great. There isn’t a ventilation fan for the gas stove, so we chose what we cooked with that in mind.
The apartment has a nice desk, plenty of table space in the dining and patio area to spread out and do some work or just plan your next excursion. The hammocks and chairs on the patio were comfy. The loveseat couch was good for watching an evening movie with a bowl of popcorn in front of the Smart TV. The WIFI was always good, just a few brief drop outs.
