Questo appartamento di alta qualità è accessibile tramite ascensore / scala, può ospitare comodamente fino a 4/6 persone e offre un soggiorno / sala da pranzo open space eccezionalmente spazioso e luminoso che si apre su un ampio balcone privato che si affaccia su magnifiche viste panoramiche sul mare Mediterraneo, grande piscina e giardini giardini. È completamente arredato / dotato di tutti i nuovissimi mobili moderni e di apparecchiature / apparecchi coordinati (in colore argento) e con il massimo del comfort in mente. Offre due camere da letto molto spaziose con letti di buona qualità / materassi ortopedici e armadi a muro, cucina italiana con piano in granito, ampio bagno separato per famiglie con vasca / doccia e aria condizionata completa con il suo costo di gestione incluso nel prezzo di affitto. È davvero una sistemazione confortevole per le vacanze vicino alle spiagge e molte attrazioni turistiche: tombe dei re, porto di Paphos, parchi acquatici.

Questo complesso residenziale si trova a circa 10 minuti di auto dal porto con i bar e la vita notturna e c'è un servizio di autobus regolare in cima e alla fine della strada o taxi se non si dispone di un'auto. C'è un bel ristorante / bar chiamato Pambi's che ha un ottimo menu per tutte le tasche, a circa 7 minuti a piedi. Ci sono alcuni supermercati raggiungibili a piedi.

Comfortable spacious apartment in a quiet location

The host, Mitra, could not have been more helpful. I have stayed in 3 apartments in this complex and this one is the most comfortable. If I visit Paphos again I would definitely consider this apartment. It is excellent value for money. I like the open view to the distant sea from the spacious balcony. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. It is a fair distance from the harbour and the coast, but anyone looking to book an apartment would surely check where it is situated. There is a regular bus service from the end of the road. We hired a car and there is an allocated safe parking space next to the apartment block. There were one or two small issues, caused by people not being careful in the property, and I mentioned them privately so they can be attended to.

This is definitely not Luxury penthouse

The apartment is very spacious has a fabulous large balcony that’s the only good thing about this apartment, Firstly this is advertised as Luxury this is not the true,very basic the kitchen was ok and functional ,Only 2 small saucepans of poor quality frying pan again poor quality lack of utensils ,and that was it !! no other pots and pans ,got in touch with Mitra to ask if it was possible to arrange for a cooking pot for the oven as we like to cook a main meal too enjoy on the balcony at the end of the day , we also asked for 2 more pillows as there were only 2 there again very poor and dirty these pillows should be thrown away would not let my dog sleep on them ,her response Was for us too go out and buy a cheap cooking pot ourselves,but would arrange for new pillows which never arrived,hence we bought our own, the beds had no mattress protecteds on them the bed sheets were disgusting clean but very old and worn with holes ,and only 1 set so had to wash and dry them the same day to put back on , would have liked a second set as our stay was for 3 weeks,the towels again very well used.TV not working along with the DVD player. The hot water was ok if if it was sunny as it was heated through solar panel on a good few occasions when it cloudy or raining we used the water heater for 15min as advised this didn’t work left it a little longer Still only warm water for one person to shower the second person had a cold shower, also the blinds in the lounge don’t work properly and slates missing,The apartment location was a long way from anywhere.45mins to the beach 50mins to the harbour,and about the same distance to the old town,there is a bus stop 5min walk to take you to the old town or harbour €1.50 each way but they have regular bus strikes which can last from 1 day to 8 days ,so you can be stuck with a 50 min walk each Way, This apartment could be fabulous if the owner will only SPEND A LITTLE MONEY ON IT We paid good money for this apartment and we feel LET DOWN AND TOTALLY RIPPED OFF Would not recommend unless these issues are fixed,

Winter sun.

Spent 11 nights in this apartment it was clean and tidy and served its purpose well there was a few maintenance issues which I e mailed Mitra the owner to inform of and she was aware of some of them but said that they will be addressed but they did not impact on our stay. The complex is nice and well laid out the apartment was big enough for my partner to get around in the wheelchair the lift worked perfectly and in our case was essential. Local shops and pubs/restaurant's etc aren't to close by so be prepared for a 10/15 min walk if you have no car. The pool area is very nice the balcony over looked it we never used it preferring to use the balcony for any sun worshiping times that we had. Never used the Air con but all other items i.e. the cooker washing machine all worked. Would I return yes but would probably hire a car next time.

Marvelous!

First of all want to thank Mitra for her help in our first half of the rest! We had big problems with apartment and Mitra helped us with our two little children! We had very lovely apartment, located in the superior quiet and relaxing Diana Gardens complex, with clean swimming pool, sunbeds. Our two bedroom apartment was accessible by lift, had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay. Comfortable beds, marvelous patio, well equipped kitchen, plentiful wardrobe space, washing machine, microwave, private parking place, nice interior, air con, such to say everything for feeling like home. I would definitely recommend this apartment! Thanks a lot to Mitra! Good luck!

Nice apartment but poor communication

We were surprised to be charged an extra £200 a month after we had booked and paid for our holiday. But after checking the website we realised we had no choice. It would have been better to take this at source when we booked as we thought we had paid for our holiday in advance On arrival the person managing the apartment was not aware that we were due so the keys were not there and we had to wait for him to come and let us in. Because of this the apartment hadn't been cleaned so we had to do this ourselves. Some items were broken and the kitchen was not very well equipped for cooking although there were plenty of plates, knives and forks. Having said that the apartment was nice and the complex is lovely
