Villa Eanda è stata progettata per avere un equilibrio con un hub centrale e 3 pale, contenente 5 camere da letto con bagno identico identico, un'elegante scala in marmo curvo che ti porta alle ali superiori con camere da letto e balconi. Il marmo travertino che si estende nell'area della piscina crea un senso di luce e spazio per completare l'ambiente per una vacanza rilassante. All'esterno nel tranquillo giardino c'è una grande piscina privata di sale, jacuzzi, barbecue, cucina e un grande Kurch turco. La piscina dispone anche di una doccia esterna e di servizi igienici per farti andare al chiuso e per rendere la tua vacanza ancora più rilassante hai un bar / angolo cucina esterno completo di lavatrice e frigorifero e freezer. Il design della villa garantisce che ogni suite della camera da letto sia separata all'interno della propria ala con la propria terrazza o balcone. Ogni ala della casa è unita da una terrazza o un balcone per consentire agli occupanti di selezionare il sole o l'ombra qualunque cosa il cuore delle vacanze desideri. Lentamente mentre la luce si attenua nel cielo, i meravigliosi tramonti iniziano per il tuo piacere visivo.

Relaxing stay

We came as a party of 9. Ranging from 15yrs- 70+. There was plenty of space at villa to do your own thing. We were unsure about pool at time of booking as it was our first time of using a salt water pool. We found we had nothing to worry about, it was so much better than a chlorine one. The outside seating area was a plus if you wanted to go in the shade and have read. The kitchen had all the home from home bits you would need. We hired bikes as it is about a 20 min walk into town and it is on a main road with no paths. In evenings hired taxis (20 lira). The communication with villa manager Sinan was good as you could WhatsApp him anytime and he would reply promptly. Villa owner Alan was great in build up to our holiday as he sorted all that needed sorting regarding paperwork, transfers. He even sorted a basic shopping list for when we arrived. Overall a great relaxing time was spent with the family. Thanks villa Eanda

Villa Eanda is an absolutely beautiful villa and more than exceeded our expectations, nothing was too much trouble when booking with Alan and Sinan the manager is an absolute star who goes above and beyond to meet your every needs (we had a birthday and he organised a cake etc with very short notice) Our party will certainly be returning to Villa Eanda in the not too distant future, Thank you Alan and Sinan for making our holiday an absolute pleasure

Large villa with lovely pool and gardens

Firstly a very friendly helpful owner and manager of this property. Lovely large comfortable villa, with excellent large clean overlap saltwater pool and terrace. We have stayed in many villas in Dalyan and this pool has been the best by far. 25min flat easy walk to town, bikes at villa would have been helpful but easy to rent some if required. Manager could arrange taxis if needed. Bus at end of road to beach or town at least once an hour. Very good water cooler essential was kindly provided at our request. Nice to pick oranges and to use electric Juicer each morning . Beds comfortable, good cleaner weekly No TV channels but dvd player was useful on occasions. Husband was taken ill and very good Manager Sinan looked after us for all our needs. The only negatives were difficult to use oven , and a poor reception for temporary internet. Also unfortunately unavoidable noise from daily building works at new villas (nearly finished) nearby . We enjoyed our stay , and would consider another visit one day. Thankyou very much Alan.

Superb Again !!

This was our second stay at this wonderful villa and again surpassed our expectations. Alan (Owner) assisted us through all the various paperwork and preparation activities, even assistance with the 'shopping' list ... Thank you Alan On arrival at Dalayan, we were meet at the airport and taken to the villa, were we were met by Sinan, who was excellent. The villa was spotless and we soon settled in, 'homeroom home' Superb location, quiet, peaceful, near enough to town, but also just that little bit away to achieve that sense of tranquility we all so need on holiday. Sinan and his team were excellent, supportive, able to provide taxis at a moment notice irrespective of the mad times we called him, sorry about that Sinan :) . I would not hesitate to recommend this villa, book it and never look back, i am sure you will be rebooking it on your return, just like we did. Again Alan, Sinan and the team ........ thank you for making our holiday fantastic regards Russ, Tracey, Rodney, Demelza, Michael & Michaela

The most relaxing and peaceful break in a stunningly beautiful setting

Villa Eanda, with it's amazing pool and fabulous gardens, was simply perfect. It is located in a quiet, but easily accessible part of Dalyan and we found the bikes we hired, a perfect option, rather than hiring a car as we have done previously. We were learning to dive and so were out on a boat for 5 days, and it was such a delight coming back to Villa Eanda each night. It is well equipped, comfortable and a fabulous place to spend time with the family. We cooked and ate outside, spent evenings in watching DVD's and played some of the numerous card and board games on offer. There was something for everyone. Alan, Sinan and the team, catered for our every need - from transfers, food shopping, hiring bikes and coffee machines, to birthday cakes and birthday meals. They helped us with anything we needed and run a first class service! Thank you all! We will definitely be returning to this gorgeous haven sometime soon!

We both enjoy the Dalyan environment as much today as we did on our first visit in summer of 2008.

What struck us about Dalyan is the combination of lovely things in the area. Mountain backdrops, the excellent world renowned beach, conservation area, ancient historical sites, the river flowing from the huge lake to the sea, to name but a few. All these natural environments are complemented by the lovely nature of the local people who really want you to have an enjoyable time. We chose to Build the villa just a 20 minute stroll from the town in a well respected area called Arik basi, known for its peacefulness in what still is a working agricultural landscape.
When you sit in the garden and relax the only noises will be birds and the gentle rippling swimming pool .

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

I will explain what people tell us they like about our villa. The house is very well equipped and built to a superb standard, but what really comes across is how fast the guests relax in the 1700sqm garden and orchard area by the pool. Our guests love the tranquillity of the garden and start to unwind within minutes. They enjoy the orchard surrounded by flowers, the fruit trees, and the gentle breeze that flows across the delta between the town and the beach. It really is a tranquil garden. Most have mentioned sitting by the pool with a chilled drink from the outside bar, and lazily watching the swallows dipping in to the pool as they fly across. In the evening the night sky is just stunning, and our guests have really enjoyed watching the many beautiful shooting stars.
