Lenno Giallo - Bellissimo appartamento con vista mozzafiato sul lago è una casa che è stata creata pensando allo stile, al comfort e al lusso ed è situata in posizione ideale per raggiungere l'intero lago poiché la fermata del traghetto è a pochi minuti a piedi. Cenate all'aperto sul grande balcone mentre ammirate la vista gloriosa, affrettatevi a un banchetto nella cucina moderna, ascoltate la vostra musica preferita mentre vi rilassate sul divano in pelle peluche o fate una passeggiata fino all'isolata spiaggia di ghiaia di fronte all'appartamento e concediti una piccola dolca vita! La fermata della barca è a soli 2 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento che accede a tutte le parti del lago. L'appartamento è perfettamente posizionato per raggiungere Villa Balbianello (007, Casino Royale girato qui a Lenno). L'unica spiaggia di sabbia artificiale sul Lago di Como si trova nelle vicinanze, nonché una serie di bar e ristoranti oltre a tutti i servizi dal supermercato al caffè wifi solo un pochi minuti a piedi! La proprietà comprende un parcheggio recintato privato e custodito, tuttavia il traghetto e l'autobus vicino con mezzi di autonoleggio non necessari. Un séjour agréable

Un appartement simple , bien situé avec un parking appréciable . Petit balcon et vue sur le lac. L’équipement en cuisine et les oreillers seraient à améliorer.

Couldn’t be better.

This property was perfect. It is 5 min. from the grocery for fresh bread and supplies, 10-15 to the ferry or restaurants, and the 14 Km Green Path taking you up and down the coast is just 20 feet out the back door. The view from the deck is exactly as pictured. It is filled with sunshine in the morning for coffee and sunrise and shaded in the evening for wine and cheese. The apartment is spacious, sparkling clean, water is hot and bed is perfect. It was a glorious week and a great memory.

The perfect spot.

We really enjoyed our stay here here in Lenno, the home is close to all amenities including the ferry stop, some excellent restaurants and pizzeria and the Sigma Supermarket (3 minutes by foot) The little beach in front of the home we had completely to ourselves-it's a real, hidden gem! The home is exactly as advertised, spotlessly clean and with a view we never got tired of from the balcony and as the ferry stop is close by we parked our car up at the home for the stay. Lenno, we think, is the perfect location as easy to reach more touristy locations not forgetting the lovely lake front which we enjoyed an afternoon's walk and many an ice cream. A special thank you to Julie and Barrie whose invaluable tips and local insights on where to visit (and where to wine and dine like an italian) ensured we settled in from the minute we arrived. We will definitely recommend the home to our friends and hope to return next year.

Perfect views over Lake Como

The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, light and airy. The views from the living room and the lovely balcony over the lake were magnificent. The bedrooms were comfortable and large. The wardrobes were incredibly tall however!! A ladder would have been useful to hang up clothes!!! Just a small design fault, not really a complaint! These apartments are situated on the busy main road which would be fine for guests with a car. For those of us on foot the walk into Lenno was sometimes hazardous though you can skip the road and take the Greenway path. The owner, Julie, went out of her way to be helpful and could always be contacted. She made us feel very welcome - thank you!

Wonderful stay in Lenno

We had a fantastic experience in Lenno at this property. Perfect size for a couple or 4 people with a comfortable place, extremely clean and well kept. Barrie and Julie offered to get us wine and some food from the market since we were getting in after the market closed, so we had snacks and breakfast ready to go. Throughout the stay Barrie and Julie helped us with recommendations, reservations and making sure our stay was great. Lenno was a perfect location to explore all of Lake Como, we were able to walk around town and the area as well as drive around the lake on a windy day, and this flat has parking available. Highly recommend

By renting your holiday home with us you can be sure of gaining the inside track to the lake and local's view to ensure you get the very most from your stay and enjoy a local experience second to none. By staying here with us we can recommend where to eat with the locals, hire a boat at the most competitive cost, show you the hidden places with the locals shop from finding the freshest baked bread to the best markets to the trattoria's where the Italian's dine away from the tourists or the very best bar's where the tastiest snacks keep coming with the drink's! If you need to hire a scooter or cycle, find the best hiking routes, or pathways around the lake for scenic walks we will point you in the right direction.

The photos and views speak for themselves. The views and proximity to the lake is a real attraction for our guests. Plus the shingle “hidden“ beach located just two minutes walk from the home to relax, sunbathe and take a dip in the lake makes this home popular for returning guests, as the beach is rarely inhabitated it is the next best thing to enjoying an almost private beach! The home is located modern and comfortable living plus two private balconies.
Easy secure parking and just a walk down to all amenities from restaurants and bars to ferry to access the whole lake and supermarket. Villa Balbianello, scene of Casino Royale 007, and Star Wars is also located here in the village within walking distance of the property as well as he golden sand beach at Lido di Lenno.
