La posizione super comoda delle montagne e le favolose viste sulle montagne da molti aspetti riassumono il mio confortevole condominio familiare ben attrezzato nella magica zona di Crested Butte.

Vi invito caldamente a soggiornare nel mio accogliente condominio luminoso su 2 piani con vista sulle montagne mozzafiato (anche quando si è seduti). A pochi passi (3/5 minuti) sul ponte pedonale per il centro di Mt CB, impianti di risalita e autobus gratuito per la storica Crested Butte (5 minuti). Proprio accanto alla nuova vasca idromassaggio Snowcrest con alcune delle migliori viste sul Butte in Mt Crested Butte. Stufa a pellet meravigliosa e facile da usare. POSIZIONE SUPERBICA. Il mio condominio Snowcrest è situato convenientemente per godere delle numerose attività che Crested Butte offre agli amanti delle attività all'aperto, della musica, del cibo. Essendo elevato è tranquillo e riservato ma comunque così vicino a tutto. Vacanze in famiglia di qualità

VISTA SULLA MONTAGNA - una caratteristica del mio condominio grazie alle 2 finestre panoramiche sul muro. Seduti nella zona giorno a pianta aperta si vede Butte e verso Crested Butte e Whetstone attraverso le finestre panoramiche. Vedi anche verso White Mountain e spazia attraverso le grandi finestre del balcone. Dal portico e dalla camera da letto si vedono montagne diverse. Sai di essere in montagna anche quando ti siedi nella zona giorno o pranzo.

LIVING AREA - LUMINOSO E SOLIDO grazie alle finestre panoramiche. Piano aperto su due livelli: cucina ben attrezzata, zona pranzo, area salotto. Divano letto queen size nella zona giorno e grande panca nella zona pranzo. La stufa a pellet è una grande comodità / funzionalità: è così efficace e facile da usare che riscalda l'intero condominio molto rapidamente e i tripli vetri aiutano a mantenerlo caldo. Comodo e pratico, è perfetto per una coppia, amici e famiglie.

2 CAMERE DA LETTO. Entrambe le camere sono al 2 ° piano. Una camera ha un letto matrimoniale e l'altra camera ha 2 letti singoli / singoli.

BAGNI. 2 - uno per ogni livello. 2 ° piano ha bagno con doccia, lavandino e wc. 1 ° piano ha box doccia, wc e lavandino.

Sunny PORCH & loft area nel sole del pomeriggio. Goditi l'alba dal BALCONE privato che guarda ad est.

HOT TUB - proprio accanto al condominio in modo da poter scegliere il momento per usarlo! Disponibile per residenti e ospiti e offre le migliori viste della vasca idromassaggio sul Monte. Butte Crestato. È stata installata una nuova vasca idromassaggio e una nuova recinzione. Spiacente, non ci sono ancora foto di questo. Anche condiviso grill / barbecue qui.

Incluso parcheggio Wi-Fi e Surface per 2 auto. Si prega di richiedere se sono necessari 2 passaggi.

CONVENIENTE, GRANDI VISTA DI MONTAGNA, LUMINOSO SOLE e COMODO riassume il mio condominio Snowcrest.

Beautiful home, great location.

This is an amazingly clean and well-kept condominium that's a short walk to the lifts at Crested Butte. Both the owner and housekeeping contact were very responsive and helpful. Overall a great place to stay!

Great Views!

Can’t beat the views and proximity to the ski resort. We didn’t use our car the entire trip, just walked across the bridge and we were at the lifts. It was great having the hot tub so close. We took the bus into town to walk around and have dinner. Great trip, would definitely rent again!

Wonderful Feb ski trip!

Stayed Feb 18-24 of 2024. Snow was great. Skiing was incredible. View from the condo is spectacular! Everything went better than we could have imagined. Love the condo - so very close to the lift! Very nice place to stay. Love the mountain and the bus service to town is so very handy. We loved it all!

The condo unit itself was as expected from the listed description and pictures, but a few things that would prevent me from staying here again… The many stair steps to get down to the pedestrian bridge. Not favorable when walking with ski equipment, for adults and children. The new hot tub wasn’t just not hot, it was cold and unusable. The mattresses were not comfortable. If you wake easily, you will feel every movement of the person you’re sleeping with. Created Butte was very pretty and good skiing. Restaurants in town, Bonze (Mexican) and Secret Stash Pizza, were great. Parking provided easy access to the condo unit (especially compared to friends who stayed in a different Snowcrest unit that was down many stair steps, then more steps in their unit.) It’s a 10am checkout but we had to move our car by 8am for snow removal to a lot nowhere near the condo, so that was also very inconvenient.

I have been staying in Crested Butte for over 20 years and have come to love this unique and charming place and the friendly locals. It is magical and charming! Unique.

Since discovering Crested Butte I have hardly skied anywhere else and the summer is even better!

I chose my new home because of its PERFECT LOCATION in Mount CB, its MOUNTAIN VIEWS, SUNNY ASPECT from the picture windows. Also its practical layout with its updated kitchen/dining/living area, its easy to use pellet stove and proximity to the Snowcrest hot tub.

My condo combines great convenience with fabulous mountain views from several aspects (even when sitting down). The shared hot tub couldn't be much closer. My condo is practical & comfortable and ideally situated for winter and summer activities. Great for couples, friends and families. I am thrilled that all this is verified by the many great REVIEWS from guests and am delighted to share my special home so others can enjoy the benefits and make their own special memories.

Crested Butte is a magical, charming and beautiful part of the world & my condo is ideal for enjoying this to the full.

The Historic town of Crested Butte has a unique character and the passion for the outdoor life is palpable everywhere. I have never known such a friendly and welcoming place.

Having skied around the world, Crested Butte is my favorite place due to its challenges, options, charm, beauty, friendliness and great conditions. Some quote is as 'the last great ski town on Colorado'. The summer is even better - it is known as the 'Wild Flower Capital of Colorado' and as 'Mountain Biking Heaven'. It has a unique charm.

It is accessible from Gunnison (30 miles) , Montrose (92) and Denver (227) Airports.

Full range of winter activities - downhill and nordic skiing, skate skiing, snow shoeing, sleigh rides.... A host of summer events Ride The Rockies, Crested Butte Bike Week, Pinnacle Bike series, Epic Relays, Quiznos Pro Challenge, Music Festivals, Wild Flower festival, Open air concerts, mini golf. Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Being open plan, the 2 Picture windows open up my condo to provide almost all round mountain views even when sitting. It is also super super convenient. It is simple/practical and comfortable. Perfect for your getaway.

Better than Ski in Ski out........

Perfect location - 5 minute walk to the lifts (and free local bus) in the center of Mt CB and just far enough to enjoy peace away from the main center. Also great views of Mt CB (and the other mountains). It is 5 minutes to get into Crested Butte on the free bus.

There are steps up from the bridge but also a store unit where you can leave your skis and boots to save you carrying them up all of the steps. I like to pause and admire the view and where I have skiied but you can save some energy by using the store unit.

The new shared Hot tub is a few steps from the front door and has the best hot tub views in Mt Crested Butte. You see the tub from my condo so can pick your time. Opens from 10 am to 9 pm daily. Hygiene is important so it is checked twice a day to maintain hygiene and has to close to drain, clean, refill, reheat from time to time and unpredictably. It takes 12-18 hours to fully reheat.
