Questa bellissima residenza nell'esclusiva comunità di Arrowhead ha ampie vedute sul famoso Country Club of the Rockies, un campo da golf firmato Jack Nicklaus. Ski Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place is nice, although a bit cluttered for our taste. Lots of room, beds were comfortable and the host was very accommodating. I had some Valentines Day flowers delivered a week earlier by mistake and they had someone bring them in and take care of them. The biggest drawback was the garage, it’s so small that we would have to pull the mirrors in to be able to get it in there. This meant getting in and out of the car outside the garage before you could enter it. If you have large SUV, I’m not sure it would fit inside

We stayed in this house for 8 days and overall had a great experience. Our group, 4 adults and 4 kids.The house is spacious and comfortable with each bedroom having its own bathroom, ensuring privacy for everyone. The kitchen is well-equipped, making our stay feel like home as we almost cooked every nights. The location is good, 15 mins to Beaver Creek and half hour to Vail. There are two generous parking spaces. On the first day of checkin at 9pm, we encountered an issue - no hot water. After communicating with the landlord, the hot water heater was eventually fixed at 2 AM, so we had hot water by the next day. However, this caused inconvenience for our group of 8 people as we couldn’t shower that night. I recommend the landlord to check for hot water issues, especially during winter, before guests arrive. Another aspect that wasn’t satisfactory was the old washer and dryer. The clothes didn’t come out clean, and the dryer was noisy, possibly malfunctioning. It would be beneficial for the landlord to update these appliances for a better experience. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay in this house, and since we visit Vail and Beaver Creek for skiing every year, we would consider staying here again. If the landlord could replace the washer and dryer next time, I'd be willing to continue renting this house.

Our stay at 203 Arrowhead Drive

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have mixed feelings about 203 Arrowhead Drive. It was a lovely home. We enjoyed the open, well equipped kitchen and family room area. The golf course view was very nice and the shuttle made it very easy for our group to move to and from the mountain to ski. My main criticism relates to the fourth bedroom. The bunk room was very inadequate for adults. The beds are undersized and were very uncomfortable. Clearly this room is designed for children. We needed four bedrooms for our group of seven adults. The main floor master was comfortable but because the only closet was locked for owner’s use, we only had three drawers for all of our clothing. If you are looking for a nice three bedroom property (or have small children in your group), 203 Arrowhead might work for you. I doubt that would select it again for our next ski vacation.Also, this is just a note and not a criticism, if you are traveling with a full sized SUV, don’t expect to park it in the garage. Even with the side mirrors folded in the clearance was too close. We didn’t want to risk damaging the car or garage so we parked outside.

Please be aware the switch on the wall that controls the air blower was extremely hot to touch, concerned about a fire. Turned it off to be cautious.
