Questa bella villa mediterranea è invitante, confortevole e situato nel raffinato Ville Surf Side della comunità Aruba Racquet Club nei pressi dell'hotel Ritz Carlton. A soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla bella Palm Beach, ea pochi minuti dalla Terra del Sol Golf Club, centri commerciali, ristoranti a 5 stelle e casinò. Se si decide di caricare la marcia spiaggia e godersi una delle numerose spiagge di sabbia bianca con acqua blu chiaro (tutte le spiagge di Aruba sono pubbliche), a piedi alla piscina suddivisione tropicale 5 case di distanza, l'avventura di lato "grezzo" della isola dove le onde sono schiantarsi in, o sorseggiare un cocktail nel patio, si è sicuri di catturare la bellezza e l'ospitalità Aruba ha da offrire. Tuttavia trascorrere le vostre vacanze, ritiro di Sandy offre una base confortevole e lussuosa da cui partire per esplorare questa bellissima isola. Non è chiamato "One Happy Island" per niente!

Ritiro di Sandy dispone di 3 camere ben arredate su misura, 2 bagni, una cucina completamente attrezzata, piano piano aperto con 10 posti a sedere al tavolo da pranzo in teak all'interno e posti a sedere supplementari all'aperto sui portici anteriori / posteriori con pave lapidato cortile e zona barbecue. 2015 lavori di ristrutturazione comprendono nuova aria condizionata in tutto, nuove finestre e porte, armadi a specchio, TV intelligente, e ampliato la connessione wi-fi. Questa casa è stata progettata come un rifugio di famiglia ed è stato nella nostra famiglia da quando è stato costruito nel 2006. Siamo entusiasti di condividere con voi e sappiamo che lo amerete e Aruba, come piace a noi. Di qualsiasi luogo di vacanza, Aruba è valutato come la destinazione # 1 di ritorno!

Beautiful home with a great location. Italian Resturant 1 min away. Pool and tennis courts available at the club 3 min walk away. I will stay here when we come back next year!

Great location, wonderful to come back to at night…. Quite, friendly neighborhood.

We were a group of 4 adults, had a wonderful time. Would rent a car to get around, need to do this in advance because cars are in short supply. We drank the water it was great! The pool was under construction so was of no use to us, we went to beaches anyway. Beautiful little cat came to visit every day. Wonderful Time. Thxs again

Sandy's Vacation Home

Wow-from the very start Sandy made sure to answer all of our questions to ensure a wonderful time. The neighborhood is wonderful-peaceful, safe and quiet-the rooms were more spacious than expected and we especially enjoyed the outdoor patio away from the sun after a day of excursions or beaching! There is a path that makes the walk about 12 minutes to a very nice beach by the Ritz. Taxis were super easy to get-there are a few walkable restaurants in the area as well. We did a starting food delivery from Superfoods but found it very easy to restock beer and food by walking to Tings Grocery Store. It felt like home! Having a washer mid-stay was a nice bonus and having a grill was great as well. We rented a car for a few days for the longer trips to Baby Beach and Mangel Halto but much easier to taxi to high rise restaurants and not worry about finding parking. We would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful home away from home! ❤️ We spent a week at Sandy’s Aruba Retreat and have only good things to say. It is a beautiful home, inside and out. Three bedrooms and two full baths, with very nice showers and other fixtures. A complete kitchen with oven, gas stove, dishwasher and all the kitchen appliances one would expect, including a Keurig coffee maker. There is an impressive dining room table with seating for ten and a sectional couch with recliners that seats six or so. A beautiful, walled-in stone patio in the back has a marble table for four, an outdoor shower hose for rinsing off sandy feet and plenty of room to sunbathe. The front patio has a lovely dining table for six. The home is located in a very nice cul-de-sac next to the Aruba Racquet Club. There is a full size washer and dryer plus a simple to use security system. Best of all, the host is super nice and helpful, has made the property and rental process very user friendly and gets top marks for communication. Priced very reasonably considering what the home offers. Would definitely recommend and/or use again! Thanks, Sandy!!!! 😊👍 Stayed December 2023

Wonderful stay at Sandy's house

We had a fantastic time at Sandy's house! Sandy is a wonderful host and is very responsive! She answered all of my questions about best beaches and provided me with some tips and gave helpful suggestions. Everything was well organized. She explained the driving directions to her house clearly. We found that the Waze app worked well for us in Aruba. She provided a book in her house with check in/check out rules, how to enter/exit the house, helpful phone numbers, list of great restaurants in the area and the best beaches around. Her house looks even better in real life than in the pictures. It is very spacious! We had a lot of space for 5 people. The place was super clean! The beds were very comfortable including the pull out couch in the living room. The location was very convenient. By car we drove less then 5 min to the best beaches in Aruba with the best snorkeling spots! The supermarket was 6 min away by car and there were many great restaurants, shopping plazas that were within a 5-7 min drive. The beach gear and beach towels were provided including snorkeling equipment. I highly recommend her place to stay at for someone who wants to explore and enjoy Aruba outside of hotels area. We fell in love with Aruba in 1999 on our first trip to the island. After that, we knew this would be the destination for family fun, so we decided to build a house on the island. Who would have guessed that our youngest daughter would get engaged here, we would celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary on the island and our 10 grandchildren would grow up loving the sea, sand and surf of Aruba.

One of the best things about Aruba is the consistently beautiful Caribbean weather and gentle breeze that bends the divi divi trees and creates a fun in the sun vacation. It is great to enjoy the beaches and all the other island attractions and then come back to a relaxing environment where friends and family can cook dinner together, hang out and just enjoy each other's company. The casinos are close by for late night fun.
