Accogliente camino nel soggiorno con grande isola centrale per intrattenere. Bellissimo tavolo da pranzo con spazio per 6. La casa è completa di lavatrice, asciugatrice e 2 box auto. Ampia camera matrimoniale con vasca e grande vetrata. TV via cavo a schermo piatto in ogni camera. WiFi incluso con il noleggio. Comunità recintata con piscina, campo da basket, barbecue, vista sull'oceano e percorso a piedi.

Outstanding neighborhood

Great location! Walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Wonderful gated community. Friendly and helpful neighbors. Very walkable and safe area. Home was expertly prepared for my visit, Very satisfied.

Charming and Cozy

Craig and Lowell were wonderful hosts. So great that I ended up staying for 42 days! The home came equipped with everything I needed and it was located within easy walking distance to many of the restaurants, pubs and sights of Oceanside. Easy access to Hwy 5 and Hwy 76 and just minutes to the front gate of Camp Pendelton.

Great place near the beach

My husband and I needed a place to stay temporarily while we relocated from VA to CA and looked to buy a house. We needed to know if the property could house all of us (me, husband, mom, toddler) and have room for a newborn since I was pregnant and due soon. The owners were nice enough to allow our CA realtor to view the property and FaceTime us to help put our minds at ease that the property was advertised as promised and was roomy enough for us. It was perfect! We enjoyed our 2 month stay. The property was well kept. The bedrooms were nice, most of everything was provided. It was minutes from the beach. The restaurants in Oceanside were great. Although we were like 40 min away from a lot of attractions downtown, we found a lot of activities close by (in Oceanside, Vista, Encinitas, Escondido). The neighborhood was gated and quiet. Any issues with the house (eg, garage wasn’t working properly), the owners were very quick to respond and they were very nice. The only downside was there were only 2 parking spots available, so if you had any additional guests over, they would have to park outside of the neighborhood or get towed. Also, there’s a lot of stairs in the house! And there’s no DVD player. However, overall we couldn’t have picked a better place.

Perfect Oceanside rental

The property was a perfect rental and as advertised...it really has 3 bedrooms and almost 4 baths so several families could rent this property together...it had everything included including a complete kitchen with all the trimmings...one of the best qualities of this rental is in a month with the windows open or closed the building construction was so well done that we never heard a sound from any neighbors in fact the owner next door Scott on several occasions ask us if we needed anything...we have rented from VRBO on several occasions in several states and this property based on location, price and overall quality was as good as it gets....we look forward to dealing with Craig the owner again in the future

Best way to spend Christmas away from home.

Instead of one of our young adults being alone on Christmas, we all decided to make the trip to Oceanside and spend it with him. This unit fit our needs perfectly. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked, almost like being at home. We all enjoyed having our own bedrooms and bathrooms, to give us all the space we needed. But also spent a lot of time in the living area playing games and enjoying family time. We really liked that we had a great kitchen to make a nice Christmas dinner and found some nice restaurants not to far away. We had a little miscommunication in the beginning, but Craig was awesome and got right back to us with the information we needed. I would love to rent this unit again during a little warmer weather, so we could enjoy the patio and pool area, but we did get to use the fireplace :) Thanks again for helping us have a great Christmas away from home!!

We are a young family born and raised in Southern California. After completing college in San Diego and Los Angeles my wife and I returned to our home community in Palm Springs, CA to raise our two beautiful children. We enjoy surfing, golfing, snowboarding and many other outdoor activities.

While we love the desert, the warm summers and our early years as a couple motivated us to purchase a vacation home in beautiful north San Diego. Having been fortunate enough to live near the beach in the past we knew all the things we needed in our new property. Security, reliable parking, proximity to great restaurants, and a beautiful ocean view. We were able to reach our dream with this property and hope you feel the same.

We purchased the home from original construction and had the opportunity to visit all the floorplans. What struck us about this property was the expansive great room with large center island, spacious master bedroom with bay view window, 2 car garage, and wonderful view from the patio.
Additionally, we loved the added comforts the community provides including pool, basketball court, exercise trail and BBQ's
