Fantastic setup and location

Staying with Shirley was a real pleasure. The unit is very well stocked and we had everything we needed to feel at home. Desert Falls club house including tennis, Pickleball and gold pro shop were a 3 minute walk away. As guests we were made to feel very welcomed at all the facilities and could play in all the events without charge (except golf of course).

Wonderful property in Desert Falls Country Club

I apologize for the following lengthy summary but I couldn’t help it 🙂) Shirley’s property is located in a lovely quiet area of DFCC. The front private courtyard was enjoyed every day/night. We especially liked the landscaping and decor including the water feature and hummingbirds. The back mostly shaded patio was enjoyed daily for our meals at a large patio table with comfy chairs. The patio was lovely in its own way with beautiful landscaping and a close view of the pond and its inhabitants of water birds, and turtles. The patio was also unexpectedly chosen by a young owl for shelter. Inside, the unit was nicely decorated and very well stocked with kitchen, laundry and bathroom items. The master bedroom and bathroom had ceiling fans that kept us comfortable without having to use AC. All appliances were in working order. The neighbors were welcoming. The location was convenient for us with everything we needed within 2-15 minutes. (Including an Urgent Care which was unexpectedly needed). We had no issues to deal with from access to checkout. Had prompt communications with the owner when we had basic questions. While the owner does not live nearby, there was a property manager within the Country Club that was available if we had issues, which we didn’t have. Needless to say, we have already booked this property for future visits.

Beautiful Place to Relax and Enjoy our Vacation

This unit was so great and furnished beautifully. We enjoyed the large private courtyard in front and the one in back by the waterfall and fountain. Can't wait to come back next year. This place is highly recommended.

Perfect in Every Way!

What an amazing place! We were greeted by Shirley and Robert and toured around their beautiful home. The location is convenient to everything and the water feature in front of the deck you could watch for hours. Ducks turtles and beautiful birds! The pool was only steps away and the floatie that was supplied made relaxing a dream. We look forward to our next visit and would not hesitate to recommend this home away from home

My husband and I are retired and our primary home is in San Clemente, CA. We love the beach, but also love the mountains and have always loved the desert. I recently purchased another condo in PGA West, La Quinta that is also a part time rental.

This is my 2nd condo in Desert Falls. When we were shown this condo in "The Original Desert Falls section", we fell in love with the spanish feel, the single level and the location which is in a very private separate gated area. These units are more like "patio homes" with large front and rear patios. This was exactly what I was looking for and have upgraded (added lattice patio covers on front and rear patio, changed shower & older fixtures in guest bath, and furnished with new flat screen TV's, etc.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Quiet and private area of Desert Falls. Just a short walk to the pool , spa, and tennis, pickleball, and fully equipped fitness center & clubhouse. for dinner or cocktails looking over the golf course. This is the original section of this Resort and is different and more of a small community than numerous other condos in the Villas section. This is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. This condo included one of the largest furnished front courtyards with waterfall and pond - Wake up to the sounds of the waterfall in the morning.
Golf course is open to the public, and there is free tennis and free use of the fitness center to owners and their tenants.
