Costruito nell'estate del 2014 a casa con AC centrale e nel camino a gas caduta! ideale per intrattenere amici e familiari. Sia che trascorriate una settimana per le vacanze estive o in città per un matrimonio a Willow Bend o Popponesset Inn, questa casa è la base perfetta mentre visitate Cape Cod. A soli 2 miglia dal Mashpee Commons di lusso, a 10 minuti da Popponesset Inn, a 10 minuti da South Cape Beach. Batti il traffico e porta la tua piccola barca a motore e portati nella bellissima spiaggia di Popponesset! La rampa della barca è di 1 / 4m di cammino.

Nice place. Just some minor issues

Well, the house is very nice and has a good location. Well appointed and plenty of towels, linens, etc.. The main problem was the cookware. Just about all were stainless steel, which frankly everything stuck to, and were difficult to clean. There needs to be some non stick pans ( there were two small pots that were non-stick, but no non-stick pans). There also was a large hornet nest under the eave above the front entranceway. We had to go get hornet spray after one of the guys got stung. There is a beautiful pool table in the basement that came in handy on a rainy day, however there were only 2 long pool cues, one with a broken tip and the other with a warp in it, Given such a nice table. it was surprising that the cues were in such bad shape. Communication with Mike was unfortunately lacking before our arrival. We were told to bring duraflame logs for the fire pit, but there was no fire pit there. We were not told of the parking difficulty at the boat ramp, and there were no instructions on how to get the sound bar on the TV operating. Mike did try to address these issues after the fact. If the pans were usable, and up front communications a little better, I would have given the place 5 stars. One plus was that the fishing was quite good. No stripers, but porgies, black bass, fluke, and some kingfish were plentiful. Overall we had a very nice time there.

Great stay

We took a trip to the cape for a long weekend, and loved staying here. Sadly, it rained most of the weekend, but that meant lots of opportunity to enjoy the well appointed and tastefully decorated home. Some of the extended family could not join us, so the kids each got their own room on the main floor, and the upstairs became the 'adults zone'. The kitchen and living room proved perfect for hanging out in together, and the pool table in the basement got some use as well, giving us a chance to introduce the kids to the game. Although there isn't much within walking distance, there is an incredible wealth of options within a short drive. Truly something for everyone in this part of the cape, but definitely better when the sun comes out.

In the heart of cape cod

Beautiful house that was just as described in the listing. Right in the middle of everything cape cod. About an hour to Boston. We enjoyed our stay.

We built this home as a family vacation spot. It's 75 minutes to Boston and Providence, a perfect home base to all that the Cape has to offer, ideally located for day trips down Cape to visit the National Seashore, Upscale shopping, Cape Cod Rail trail, Cape Cod AA summer baseball league, mountain biking trails are 10 minutes away. We love to walk over to our mooring and cruise out to the Popponesset beach "spit" or explore the many secluded beaches only accessible by boat are within 30 minutes cruise, including Waquoit beach reserve, Cotuit, Sampson Island, Oak Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard

Very clean and easy to keep clean. If you or your family have allergies than many Cape homes without AC maybe damp and smell of mildew. This is pretty common place in rentals and often a surprise on move in day. We are conveniently located within 1-7 miles from all the Mashpee has to offer and near rt 28 which makes the rest of the Cape and Boston easily accessible.

Private lot. Conservation land in the front and the back and short walk to Willow Bend Golf club, Mashpee Marina, boat ramp, and Mashpee woodlands. Enjoy the outdoor shower when you get back from the beach.
