Great Escape
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my family’s second year in a row staying at this property and couldn’t be happier. It’s strategically located just minutes from Mante’s Landing and Payne’s Creek which are spectacular for beautiful cape sunsets. Kate’s seafood and ice cream stand is also very close and on the way to these beaches, which are free parking after 4pm. If the tide is right, you can walk way out on the flats, but watch those Calico crabs. The property itself is quaint and set in a nice quite neighborhood. It’s not too fancy or pristine where you would be worried about young kids breaking anything. We would highly recommend this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was the perfect location for our family of four. It served as our crash pad, as we spent days and evenings enjoying the many beaches of the day. Just five minutes from Paynes Creek and Mant's Landing, we were able to catch the amazing sunsets each evening and stop at Kates for ice cream. The property was perfect and in a nice quiet neighborhood with quick access to route 6. Highly recommend.

A comfortable, relaxed week in Brewster
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just now spent a very relaxing and pleasant week in Brewster. Though modest, the house was attractive and well-equipped, the rooms were spacious, the furniture and beds were very comfortable, and it was very well-located. We particularly loved the proximity to Paine's Creek Beach, and enjoyed several beautiful sunsets there. My son and his fiance were very pleased with the lobster rolls at Cobie's and JT's Seafood, and we also had a lovely dinner at the Marshview Restaurant in nearby East Dennis. A day trip to Nantucket on the fast ferry from Hyannis, with a brief minibus tour of the island, worked out well and was a lot of fun. And my son appreciated the proximity to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, since he was able to do long runs (16 or 17 miles) several times during the week. Altogether a lovely and very satisfactory stay!!

Great One Story Home
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family thoroughly enjoyed this home while on vacation. It was a very simple home in a central location. The only drawback was that the home did smell like mold or mildew which could be smelt in our clothes upon returning home. This will prevent us from renting a otherwise simple vacation home. There was very nice deck outback to enjoy and it is located on a dead end street hence making little to no traffic. If they are able to remedy the mold issue, we would be regular visitors.
