Questa casa dispone di 3 camere da letto e un soppalco. Il Master ha un letto matrimoniale, camino, schermo piatto e bagno padronale con doccia doppia. C'è uno spazio loft collegato alla camera da letto principale con un letto a castello e un futon, per dormire extra per i bambini. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale. Camera 3 con 2 doppie e proprio bagno, con vasca / doccia combo.

Questa casa è perfetta per le vacanze in famiglia con una moderna cucina aperta nella sala da pranzo di tenere conversazioni che scorre. Una splendida camera familiare con un grande camino e TV a schermo piatto con una quantità adeguata di posti a sedere. Fuori la camera familiare è una sala giochi per tutti di giocare e divertirsi!

Bachelorette weekend!

My besties and I celebrated my bachelorette party and it was the perfect house! Plenty of places to lounge and sleep, cozy hot tub. Really nice showers! Would definitely return.

Check the bed before you crawl in.

We have three concerns to relay, cleanliness, parking, and play area. The issue of cleanliness is a serious one. It was discovered during the first night, in what appeared to be a freshly made up bed, that the masterbed had ripped sheets and a number of clothing items in the bedding. Finally found a new set of sheets in the house to fit that bed, but had to strip the bed and wash the mattress cover. Of course, this was discovered after crawling in for the night. Not acceptable. The issue of parking is only apparent when you get there. What the listing does not say is that there really is only parking for two vehicles. The information on website said parking for six vehicles in driveway. Two. Any more than that and you're going to be in violation of the lease agreement because you'll have to park on the street. Before we leased, we asked if there was an outside play area, as we were going to have children there. We were assured that there was a "grassy area". Turns out the grassy area is part of the marsh the house is built in. No yard. The beach, patio, game room, and hot tub were good gathering spots. But this place is probably not the best for younger kids or groups approaching it's listed capacity. And check the bed before you crawl in.

Decent

I enjoyed my stay at the house. The listing makes it look like the beach is outside your door but it's actually a 10 minute walk. The oven and grill were filthy and could use a good cleaning. The linens were also stained and worn. It was large enough to entertain a large group of people which was nice and the hot tub was awesome. Monica was not very responsive on the messenger which was disappointing.

ABOUT THE OWNER

Monica started North Star Properties with one goal. To better serve the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan Area with a concierge service mentality for short term rentals. From the North suburbs of Detroit she was bred to be in the real estate industry. Both of her parents were entrepreneurs. She watched as her father built Gauthier Corporation, a very successful construction company, which is still running as strong as ever. Her mother started a cleaning company that meticulously made sure every home shined like the top of the Chrysler building. Working for both of her parents growing up, she understands the drive and passion it takes to achieve success. Prior to starting North Star Properties, she sold real estate on the Northside of Chicago before moving to the Dunes and making a permanent home.
