Sandpiper Cove Condo di Daniel

Nizza 1 BR Condo trova sul campo da golf a Sandpiper Cove Resort.
Questa unità al piano terra può ospitare 4-5 persone e ha una cucina completa e lavatrice e asciugatrice. Condo è 175-200 yds. alla spiaggia privata e 25 yds. a una delle 5 piscine del resort. Libero par 3 golf per tutti gli affittuari. Ottima posizione nel cuore di Destin e le belle spiagge color smeraldo del litorale del golfo. Due televisori (uno in camera da letto), VCR, stereo, tutti gli asciugamani e biancheria in dotazione. (Condominio ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo nel BR e un grande divano a forma di L nella sala TV).

* Durante i mesi di giugno e luglio, la affittiamo settimanalmente da sabato a sabato.

* Sfortunatamente, il nostro complesso ha emesso una nuova ordinanza nell'autunno del 2015 che richiede che i nostri affittuari abbiano almeno una persona alla festa di almeno 25 anni. Non sono un fan del nuovo regolamento, dato che alcuni dei miei migliori ricordi di Destin sono viaggi che ho fatto con amici prima di compiere 25 anni. Le mie scuse per questo nuovo obbligo, ma il HOA ha reso una regola. Vorrei che potessimo andare in giro, ma gli ID sono ora necessari per gli affittuari più giovani al momento del check in. Se un membro del partito in affitto ha servito in campo militare, il regolamento età può essere revocata.

Would stay again

The unit was very nice, spacious and clean. It does need some upgrades, and I wish it were a little closer to the pools and beach but I would recommend it and would definitely stay again. The owner was very prompt and helpful in responding to my emails.

Nice property

I had a difficult time when i first arrived because Google Maps had me turn left instead of right. Once that little snafu was corrected, the rest of my stay was good. The owner was responsive when contacted and all went well.

Great beach stay

This was our first visit to Destin, and renting this condo at Sandpiper Cove made our stay great. Condo was clean, quiet, and had pretty much anything our family of 3 needed, including a few pods for laundry and the dishwasher. The property was well maintained and safe/secure. We enjoyed the numerous pools at the complex and were right outside the little golf course. We didn't have time to play pickleball or tennis, but the courts looked like they had been resurfaced not long ago. The beach was about a 5-minute walk through the complex and across the street. The water was beautiful, and the sand was clean! Having the beach chair/umbrella service through the condo was awesome so we weren't lugging chairs every day. The bathroom and showers at the beach entrance were an added bonus. Tons of activities and restaurants were within a 10-minute drive from the condo, and we were even able to see fireworks from the canal bridge one night! All-in-all, this well-priced condo was comfy and in a fantastic location. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Great property, location and host

The room had everything you could possibly need to feel like home and because of that our family had a really great vacation. The beach is roughly a 10 minute walk from the room- which isn’t bad at all. We stayed on one of the hottest weeks of the year though so after walking a few days we decided it was better for us to drive. As long as you drive over before noon you will have a parking spot available. Also the beach chair rentals that come with the property are 100% worth it. We would head to the beach around 8:45-9am to get front row seating, then head back to the room to eat and get ready for the day before heading out to the beach for the whole day. For the golfer of the family- The par 3 golf course is more like a chipping practice course. My husband said the greens were more like fairways and they may have been 50 yards a hole- but honestly he wasn’t too upset about it. The owner was very responsive to any questions that I had before our stay and overall the whole experience here at Daniel’s Sandpiper Cove was amazing.

I am a film maker/video producer based out of Atlanta,GA and have 2 rental properties in the Destin area (both located in Sandpiper Cove). I have been vacationing in Destin since I was a child back in 1977 and have seen a lot of changes to Destin over the years. My family and I continue to enjoy our trips to Destin and hope you enjoy it as much as we have thru the years.

We looked all over Destin when deciding to buy a rental property in the area and it all came back to the wonderful feel we had when staying at Sandpiper Cove. The private beach, par 3 golf course placed in between the units and the pools and tennis courts on the grounds made it a warm, family friendly resort in the heart of Destin. Also, the 24 hour security in the complex make Sandpiper Cove a safe haven in the Destin area.

In addition to the wonderful amenities, an onsite restaurant (Louisiana Lagniappe) and marina are two additional features of Sandpiper Cove that renters can benefit from. There is also a boat loading area in the complex for those that may want to bring boats down to the Destin area (you may want to check with the rental office if needing to tie the boat up, as there are a few restrictions there). The location in the heart of Destin is also a huge benefit (Sandpiper Cove is in the town of Destin very close to some of the areas best restaurants and shopping areas and located on the Destin Harbor as well as walking distance to the Gulf.)
