VALPOLICELLA HILLS ～ RELAX

VALPOLICELLA HILLS – RELAX, has just been renovated in 2017 and one of two VALPOLICELLHA HILLS accommodations, is located in the heart of Valpolicella hills. Its red wine production is very well famous all over the world. It is the ideal accommodation to be relaxed as the vinyards’ view from our 30 olive trees planted garden offers you a relaxing atomosfere. In the summer time the private swimming pool in the garden is open to refresh and relax.
The apartment is composed by a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bath room.

BEDROOM
There are a wardrobe, a king size bed which can be divided into 2 single beds on request.

LIVING ROOM
It is furnished with a sofa bed which can be a king size bed or 2 single beds, a 40 inches screen flat TV. A cradle is also available for baby(free of charge).

KITCHEN
It is equipped by a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, an extractor hood and a fridge with a freezer compartment as well as dishes, cutlery, cups, the necessary utensils for cooking. There is an extensible table with four chairs.

AIRCONDITION
The bedroom, the living room and the kitchen can be air-conditioned.

BATHROOM
It has a WC, a bidet, a mirror, a washing basin and a shower cabinet, besids, a bluetooth connection speaker is integrated on the ceiling so that your favourite music on your smartphone or the other electrical devises can be listened while you are in the bathroom.

GARDEN
There are 30 olive trees planted in the garden where can be accessed anytime. The organic extra virgin olive oil is made from the olives can be available if you like to try. The swimming pool is open during the summer time(usually from June to September)

All the equipments in the kitchen can be used freely. Sets of towels and linen for the number of people can be offered. An iron can be found in the kitchen.
Cars can be parked in the property. The swimming pool opens in the summer time only (usually from June to September) and is available for the guests free of charge all day long.

It is the strategic location to visit the tourist destinations around here. It takes only 20min by car to reach the world heritage city VERONA, 35min to the biggest Italian lake GARDA and 40min to the world heritage city Mantova as well as 100min to Venice and Milano.
It is only 900m to the Sacro Cuore, Don Calabria Hospital.
