Ospitato in un edificio storico nel centro della città vecchia di Rethymnos, Loggia Home è una casa completamente rinnovata originariamente costruita all'inizio del XX secolo che fonde perfettamente il vecchio con il nuovo con un eclettico mix di apparecchi e apparecchi moderni, soffitti in legno e generoso quantità di luce naturale.

Approfitta della posizione ed esplora il quartiere storico della città vecchia di Rethymno, scopri la vita unica diurna e notturna della zona e allo stesso tempo si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia più famosa del centro di Creta, la lunga spiaggia sabbiosa di Rethymno.

La casa di 105 mq si trova nel cuore del centro storico di Rethymno, che è una delle posizioni più convenienti della città, essendo a pochi passi da tutto. Può ospitare 4 persone in letti e fino a 6 persone se è necessario.

Layout interno
Entrando nel cancello principale ed entrare nella casa al piano terra, c'è una scala che conduce al primo piano. Raggiungendo il primo piano, c'è un'area open space composta da soggiorno, zona pranzo e una cucina completamente attrezzata con infissi e elettrodomestici di alta qualità. La zona soggiorno contiene un ampio divano, un televisore HD satellitare da 40 "con possibilità Netflix e una scrivania. Inoltre questa zona si apre su un balcone con tavolino e sedie. C'è anche un bagno con vasca e doccia e una lavatrice sullo stesso piano.

Raggiungendo il secondo piano attraverso una scala, c'è una sala che ha un piccolo frigorifero che offre un ulteriore comfort agli ospiti. Due camere da letto si trovano al secondo piano, una camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e l'altra ha 2 letti singoli che possono anche essere trasformati in doppio se necessario. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV HD da 32 ", aria condizionata e armadio. Inoltre si trova una toilette sullo stesso piano.

Terrazza sul tetto
La terrazza sul tetto è completamente arredata e attrezzata e puoi goderti i tuoi pasti e bevande, le viste panoramiche sulla città vecchia, la moschea di Neratze e la montagna di Psiloritis.

Più in particolare la nostra terrazza panoramica comprende:

- Lettini e ombrellone

Prime location in the heart of Rethymno

Good communication with the property managers, they also organised our transfer taxis, and a reservation at a beach resort which was great. The property itself is lovely, clean and everything you could need for your stay. We didn't use the cooker preferring to eat out, so we only used the kettle and toaster, but there was even a toastie machine in the cupboard. We loved the balcony on the main living space for watching the busy street below. It became our morning spot to watch the sun rise with coffee and toast and of an evening with a glass of wine watching the street buzz with people milling about. Beds are comfy and plenty of storage for your clothes. There was even bottled water and Raki, along with fresh fruit, in the fridge. Location is absolutely spot on, right in the middle of old town, shops, bars, restaurants all right there on your doorstep with the harbour literally a couple of minutes walk away. The private roof terrace was a great spot to relax in the sun, it was so quiet and peaceful up there! Sunloungers, table and chairs and bbq all available to use on the roof. We found the house a little tricky to find from where the taxi dropped us but once I had a landmark I called them and the lady came out to meet us where we waited. Would highly recommend and in fact I've just shared the details with a friend which I think speaks volumes about our stay.

Great property in the centre of town

The property was clean, smart and presented to a very high standard. The owner and managing agent were very attentive and were genuinely keen to ensure that our stay was the best that it could be. We made great use of the roof terrace and front balcony when the sun was out and when the clouds came the perfect location of the property meant that shopping, bars and restaurants were very close at hand. All in all we had a great time in Rythamno.

In the center of a night disco

The house is a very nice and spacious two storey building in the touristic center of Rethymno, reasonably well equipped with all what you need and a nice terrace on the roof - and sure in lively district with many people during the whole day passing by below a small balcony - so far so good and expected. What was not expected and hardly foreseeable : after 10-11 pm some of the local restaurants turned into open air disco at a fascinating high decibel level competing with different music concepts - so if you are appalled by such scenario and like loud music in the night it may be a great place to be - otherwise it may become stupid after some days. Do not know how people living around this area all the time can bear this...
