Splendido layout a pianta aperta progettato per la vita moderna, decorato con una sensazione di French Country Chic. A due passi dal nostro famoso pub del villaggio, un bel fiume meandrico, verde villaggio e splendidi passeggiate bellissime.

La nostra casa è perfettamente allestita per una festa di 10 composta da:
3 x camere da letto matrimoniali (una di queste è situata nel soppalco con la propria sala privata con doccia e salotto)
2 x camere doppie
3 bagni x (due di questi sono in suite) + al piano terra
Splendido e accogliente salotto con bruciatore di legno
Grande cucina aperta con porte francesi al giardino
Molto ampio salotto open space / salotto con porte francesi al giardino

La nostra casa è molto adatta ai bambini. È riempito di giocattoli, giochi e libri e possiamo fornire una seggiolone e un lettino da viaggio.

Il nostro splendido giardino paesaggistico è perfetto per i bambini; Un sacco di spazio per correre, un trampolino, altalene e sandpit. Siamo circondati da valli, campi verdi e bellissime campagne e sono situate nel cuore di un bellissimo villaggio.

Si prega di notare che abbiamo animali domestici (gatti e un cane non-malto). La casa è sempre pulita prima degli ospiti che arrivano comunque ci preghiamo di informarci se avete allergie.

Idyllic perfection

My husband, daughter, and I enjoyed four days at this lovely spot. From the moment we pulled into the drive we felt at home. Before we even arrived at the property the host made us feel welcomed and at ease. The home and gardens were lovely and this wonderful balance of curated and cozy. We felt as if we were in a novel set in the English countryside in the most quaint village! Walking into an abode with fresh air and sunlight in each room, and the comfiest beds and furnishings was perfect after a morning of hurried travel, then being able to safely walk wherever we needed outside was exceptionally relaxing. There was a notebook full of information and suggestions about the house and surrounding area which was quite helpful. It was also great being able to walk out the back gate into the foot path for the pub or a refreshing walk. Our seven year old made herself at-home immediately jumping on the trampoline, admiring artwork/drawings & family photos throughout, and exploring the property that was like a real-life dollhouse. After we left the host contacted us to let us know we had left a pair of our daughter’s shoes. She very graciously posted them to our final UK destination before we headed home. Such a simple kind act that was greatly appreciated. I could go in for hours about Holly Tree House—-and very likely will to all our family and friends in the coming weeks! Thank you so very much for sharing your most special home with us!

Idilic country family retreat!

My family and I had the great pleasure of staying in this stunning home for 8 days in July this year. The house was exactly as it is in the beautiful pictures and we made the most of everything the house and location afforded us. There is normally something you have to compromise on being in a rental property but not here! The beds were all super comfortable, lovely bedding, spacious and modern bathrooms aways with enough hot water, quiet and privet, laundry room, plenty of parking with an amazing garden for the children. We spent our mornings as a family enjoying breakfast in the large kitchen and family room, lazy lunches on the wisteria festooned patio as the children enjoyed all of the fun activities in the large garden and then gentle evenings outside and then in the cozy sitting room; it was exactly what we wanted for our extended family vacation / reunion. So many happy family memories were made and we’d love to return one day. The host family were wonderful to work with, super communicative in the pre-rental process and the house file gave us all of the info we needed and more, highlighting all of the local amenities and activities of which there were many. Super lovely family hosts were very responsive during our stay with random questions we had. We had a truly memorable stay and we would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a lovely vacation in a beautiful home in the heart of historic Hampshire and all of the delights it has to offer. Enjoy!

We are a family of four, who love to share our house with people looking for a special get away, whether it be a weekend, a holiday or celebrating a special occasion such as a family wedding. We take great pride in our home and hope that you will enjoy your time here as much as we do.

We love our house and village so much. It is such a peaceful, pretty area with gorgeous rambling country walks and complete serenity. Yet we have the very popular market towns of Stockbridge, Marlborough and Winchester on our doorstep. All have fantastic shops, pubs and restaurants which we visit regularly. Added to that, a wonderful pub located via a secret gate at the top of our garden. It doesn't get much better than that!
