The Villa is the perfect home for a family or couple/s getaway just 35km northwest of Rome.

It overlooks Lake Bracciano offering spectacular views of the lake from the house, garden and terrace. The house sits on a hill just 10 minutes walk from the main square in Trevignano Romano; a picturesque town on lake Bracciano with traditional restaurants, bars and a variety of activities.

The villa is beautifully decorated with the perfect combination of rustic and modern. It has been recently been renovated and an entire floor has been designated to a Spa complete with a sauna, jacuzzi, shower and relaxation room.

It's approximately 160 sq.m on two floors with 1 master bedroom, 1 double bedroom (with terrace and view of lake), 1 room with 2 single beds (which can become double), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace a fully-equipped corner kitchen, a dining area which leads to the terrace and its beautiful view of the lake.

The surrounding garden also offers various views of the lake and a cozy pergola for lounging, reading or having a glass of wine outdoors while enjoying the view. The garden has ample space for playing or enjoying a simple stroll to pick local herbs for lunch. A beautiful swimming pool sits at the end of the garden.

You can spend a day at the lake or hike around its many hills, visit the neighbouring villages (over 6 villages in a 15km radius), take a 30 minute drive to the Mediterranean sea or visit Rome which is just a 40 minutes drive away.

The ground floor has a totally new SPA with a jacuzzi, sauna and relaxing room.

House with view to the lake

We had a good time in Bracciano. Tess helped us a lot with information (there is also a book with everything you need to know, restaurants, points to see, etc), she was always available and answered within minutes. The location is nice, close to the village, shops and restaurants but you need the car for almost everything, specially if it's hot. There are some nearby beaches, private and open. The house is big enough for a family like ours ( 5 Person) and quite comfortable, I wouldn't call it luxurious. The kitchen corner is like described in the ad, small but functional. We missed the dishwasher. I found a bit odd that we had to pay for electricity and gas, so careful with the air conditioning. We didn't use it as we were out during the day and we opened all the windows at night to cool down. There should be a minimum use of electricity& gas included in the price and the rest extra. The biggest problem was the open air cinema, it was extremely loud making it difficult to sleep, and it happened almost everyday. It started at ca 8.15 pm and sometimes at 12.00 pm was still on. Otherwise we loved having breakfast and dinner at the terrace ( with lots of mosquito spray) and we enjoyed one day the jacuzzi, we had a lot of fun.

Perfect place for families

We (4 adults and 1 toddler) spend a wondeful time in the beautyful country house Regina del Lago in Trevignano Romano. The location is perfect and so beautiful: you have a splendid seaview from every place in the big garden and from nearly every room in the house. The house is lovingly furnished in every detail and the kitchen is full equipped. The best place is the roofed lounge in the garden - very "gemütlich" as we say in Germany. The garden is enclosed so children can't run away. The house is located on a steep hill over the lake. You can walk to the old town and the waterside promenade in about 15 minutes (down) or 20 minutes (up). In the evenings that is a good idea, but I wouldn't try the climb up at noon on hot summer days. With our little child we always took the car (5 minutes). There are nice beaches in Trevignano just a footpath from the city center. The custodian was very friendly and helped us with every need or question. She speaks perfect both english and italian.

Lange Wege und private Strände

Der Weg zum nächsten Strand war sehr lang und dauert ca. 1 Std. Autofahrt! Dazu kommt, dass sehr viele (fast) alle Strände privat und somit nicht zu nutzen waren. Alles in allem war‘s ok, aber ich denke dort fahren wir nicht mehr hin. Positiv, die Kommunikation über Tess lief sehr gut, schnell und war hilfreich.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and exquisitely designed. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the incredible pool area. It provided the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the area. What truly stood out to me was the impeccable cleanliness of the entire property. The attention to detail in maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness did not go unnoticed and added greatly to the overall comfort of our stay. The grill area was an absolute delight and played a central role in creating memorable evenings. We enjoyed many delicious meals while soaking in the tranquil surroundings. Amazing stay

We loved everything about this property- the location, cleanliness, how spacious and beautiful it was, the swimming pool and sauna. It had absolutely everything we needed and check in process with Tess was smooth. We wish we could stay longer than 2 weeks and hope to return again soon.
