Appartamento molto ben posizionato e si affaccia sul porto di Mahon

Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla con splendida vista, vicino a ristoranti, fermata bus a soli 500 metri. una piscina con una splendida vista dall 'appartamento ha una vista spettacolare del porto di Mahon.

L'appartamento è una nuova costruzione con Wi-Fi e TV. due camere da letto con due bagni, un balcone dove è possibile trascorrere piacevoli riunioni serali con la famiglia o con gli amici.

Entrando nell'appartamento deve essere effettuato 12 ore in poi a mezzogiorno

Excelente

Su ubicación es perfecta. Ha 5' en coche de Mahón i a 10' a pie de Cala es Fonts repleta de buenos restaurantes. Zona muy tranquila y segura que garantiza desconexión absoluta. El apartamento muy bien acondicionado y cómodo. Aspecto inmejorable. Muy bien cuidado. Goza de una terraza con vistas impresionantes a la entrada del puerto de Mahón (ver la entrada y salida de barcos, yates, veleros y demás, es espectacular). El anfitrión, muy atento en todo momento. Nos facilitó todo tipo de información y se adecuó en todo momento a nuestros horarios de llegada y salida. En definitiva, apartamento altamente recomendado.

Great Loacation, Exceptional View

The condo is part of a beautiful complex, on the water in the area of Es Castell. The view of the pool and the ocean are amazing. The condo was impeccably clean. Seeing the incredible sailing yachts and boats go buy was just great. Parking is an issue in the area and this particular unit does not come with a parking space in the garage, while many other units do. The streets are jam packed and you spend a lot of time circling and looking for parking. June was exceptionally hot this year and though there is a wonderful breeze that goes through the condo, it was very hot and no air conditioning resulted in a sleep that was compromised. Windows stay open so the noise from the streets really wake you up throughout the night and early mornings. A great unit for 2-3 people max. It is small for 4 people. Only one love seat to sit on in the unit, that, or kitchen chairs. You spend most of your time outside so the seating isn't too much of an issue, except once you finish your day and want to veg for an hour or two before either heading back out or to bed. Kitchen facilities support the very bare minimum. Again, if you plan on eating out all of the time, it is perfect as you can keep some essentials cold. If you want to shop at the grocery store and cook, it is a bit more complicated. In summary a very nice condo in a really great area, just be aware that it is small for 4 people, no air conditioning, and a kitchen that is not all that functional. If you don't need air con, and won't be cooking, I would definitely recommend it. Juan was very quick to respond and allowed us to arrive early. Over all a great experience.

An excellent location

We were given a first class welcome and introduction, even though our flight was 1.5 hours late and we did not arrive until late evening. The first floor apartment (easy stairs and also a lift) was satisfactorily appointed and was tidy, clean and afforded excellent views, from from the living area and balcony, across Mahon harbour to Cala Llonga, one of the most exclusive residential areas on the island. The good-sized balcony overlooked the water and was north-facing, which shaded it from the sun and so it and the whole apartment was kept refreshingly cool. If you want to sit in the sun, go down by the pool. There were always boats to look out onto going back and forth - so plenty to look out on too. We got out onto the water ourselves on a harbour cruise with English commentary, which gave an outline of the history of all the defensive fortifications built by the British and Spanish in centuries past. Free parking was always available but not always on the street outside (car park a couple of streets away). We found north-east Menorca the prettiest area on the island so Es Castell was a good location for making short trips out. There are also excellent restaurants in the area especially in Cales Fontes harbour area. Ask the owner for his recommendations. We went to three of them and were certainly not disappointed. We certainly enjoyed this laid-back holiday just reading, wandering around and people-watching while sitting at bars and cooling down with the odd drink. Walking along Mahon harbour is something quite out of this world with all of the super-yachts moored up. A thoroughly recommended holiday! A further plus was the easy communication with the owner through the HomeAway website.

Beautiful apartment - wonderful sea views

This is our second visit to this lovely apartment in Es Castell. Last year we stayed for 2 weeks and this year, extended our holiday to 3 weeks. The apartment block is well maintained and the apartment itself is spacious with every convenience available and a lovely terrace overlooking the swimming pool and across the bay to Mahon. When not sitting admiring the view, you'll find the apartment is perfectly located for exploring the town of Es Castell and the many bars and restaurants there and in picturesque Calas Font. If you want to venture further afield and don't have a car, a five-minute walk will take you to the bus stop which has a regular service to the capital city, Mahon. The owner, Juan Francisco is most helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this lovely apartment for a lovely tranquil holiday in Menorca

Excellent location and views

We spent 4 weeks in a very comfortable good size Apartment, with great views from the balcony overlooking the pool and estuary. The complex is in an excellent location in Es Castell, close to restaurants and mini super market. Juan was very helpful and responded immediately to deal with a couple of minor problems re hot water. We would highly recommend a stay to our friends & family. We concur with the previous review about parking spaces, but in fact, with an excellent bus service a car isn't really necessary.

Exceptional apartment and location

We spent a week at Juan's gorgeous two bed apartment in August. We were two couples, and the apartment was a great size for our needs. We spent most of our time on the balcony overlooking the pool and harbour, but there are two additional balconies on each bedroom, so no shortage of space. The pool itself is great - huge, and not too crowded (even in August). There's also a pathway down to the sea if you prefer snorkelling.

Location couldn't be better: 20 minutes from the airport by car; 10 minutes walk to Cala Fonts with all it's many restaurants and bars; and a short taxi to Mahon/the Port.

Parking can be a little challenging. You'll need to be a confident parallel parker, and even then you might struggle to find a space on the road of the apartment, but, hey, that's Menorca.

We will stay again in a heartbeat.
