The Apartment CASA JANCA, located along a quiet & charming central street VIA DEI FOSSI -inside the Walls of Lucca- next to the Lucca Centre of Contemporary Art, overlooking a lovely stream, it is located inside a building dated back to 11th century which was part of an antique Medieval fortress.

The apartment lies on the ground floor which makes it ideal for elderlies and has a private entrance. The apartment is located in a quiet area of the town overlooking a stream: this is a very picturesque location! In the building next to the apartment there is the bespoke Lu.c.c.A. (Lucca Center of Contemporary Art) and the famous restaurant inside of it called IMBUTO (1 Michelin star). Over the museum the stream continues and you can see the wonderful church of San Francesco with its white Marble Romanesque Façade and many fountains. The Via Fillungo (main shopping street) as well as Via Santa Croce and the Amphitheatre are just over the corner.

COMPOSITION:
The apartment has a spacious living room with a double new comfortable sofa bed to sleep 2 guests (those guests have the use of their own bathroom as the house has total of 2 bathrooms), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, American and Italian coffee makers and a wide selection of cooking utensils), a storage room with laundry facilities (washing machine and clothes dryer + iron and board), a double bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm and an ensuite bathroom.

Every room is equipped with air conditioning and features a highly dependable WIFI connection provided by the national telecommunications company.

Late check-in after 8.00pm is possible on request with a fee of 50 euros, to be paid in cash on arrival. After midnight, the late check in fee increases to 100 euros.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, with an entrance that includes three steps.
Entrance; sitting / dining room; fully equipped kitchen; master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower); laundry room; bathroom (shower).

The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking.
The closest Parking Mazzini is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking.
We kindly inform all guests that the rental property is self catering so hotel-like services are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen change, transfers). For such reason any additional service can be provided on request and with the collaboration of external qualified partners and charged accordingly.
