Questa nuova splendida casa da 2.000 m², appena terminata una ristrutturazione completa di 1 anno, è elegante nel suo design semplice. Le rifiniture di fascia alta si fondono perfettamente con l'anca della metà del secolo e l'atmosfera sofisticata con i comfort moderni per il modo in cui viviamo oggi. Questa casa è stata attentamente pianificata per il massimo del relax e del divertimento! La cucina dell'isola gourmet presenta UNA ENORME penisola e isola, una grande dispensa, un grande bancone ed è completamente equipaggiata con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Porte francesi conducono al patio sul fiume!

Questa casa ha tutte le grandi camere da letto! Camera da letto principale (letto king size) ha una cabina armadio, bagno privato e una porta scorrevole sul patio posteriore con una splendida vista sul fiume. Il 2 ° camera da letto principale (letto king size) ha un grande armadio e un bagno privato. 3a camera da letto (letto matrimoniale) è fuori dalla sala TV. Den ha un divano letto con un rollout singolo materasso aggiuntivo e si trova al largo del soggiorno.

Wonderful trip

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. The kitchen is INCREDIBLY well stocked. Fit all of us very well. Easy walk to Downtown and over the little bridge to great food options. We barely had to drive. Definitely coming back when it's warmer to take advantage of the kayaks. Thank you to the hosts for a really lovely home!

Wonderful house and location

This house was perfect for our two families for a vacation to Bend and skiing at Mt Bachelor. Everyone had plenty of space and the house had everything we needed. Great location--easy walking distance to the Lot food trucks, bagels, and coffee.

Lovely house, convenient location

Just what we needed for our family's stay in Bend. The house is very conveniently located to downtown and even closer is a nice row of good restaurants. The 2 master bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house. The kitchen is well stocked with needed cooking pots, pans, etc. Lovely outdoor space on the river. The only negative is the proximity to the busy road, so there is a fair bit of car noise, though there are very nice plantings that provide good privacy while still allowing for natural light. Very responsive host! Great communication before and during our stay. We had an issue with the gas fireplace (first use of the season) and Kelli addressed the issue very promptly. We would stay again.

nice home near park, unfortunately there was a homeless guy sleeping just over the stone fence most of our stay, made things a bit uncomfortable.

Great Location

Walking distance to breweries/bars/ restaurants. The river is your back yard and it’s slow moving in that area. Only difficulty we had was parking. We were there for my daughters wedding and we had to play musical cars for a few days. Other then that place is great!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

This is our second home and love everything about the home and location; On the Deschutes River and surrounded by restaurants, food carts, breweries, and shops! Open and spacious floor plan, large rooms, close proximity to everything: Downtown, Old Mill District, Newport and Galveston. We also love all what Bend has to offer and take full advantage of all the outdoor sports!

Bend is a very special place., but being on the river is even better. The home was built in the mid 50's and we have kept a lot of those architectural features. This home just went through an extensive remodel in 2018 and was torn apart and brought down to the studs. We moved the kitchen onto the river, vaulted the ceilings, added a third bathroom, new electrical wiring, new plumbing, new heat and A/C, new roof, everything is brand new. We love the new lush landscaping and easy access to the river from the back patio. A very special and unique property!

The high end finishes seamlessly blends the mid-century hip & sophisticated vibe with modern conveniences for the way we live today. This home was carefully planned for the ultimate in relaxation and enjoyment! This home has River views from every room! The rooms are large and live very comfortably. Nothing beats being on the river in the middle of all the activity and fun that Bend has to offer.
