Ocean City Getaway è un designer tre camere da letto, due bagni condominio, situato sul posto spiaggia 1 ° ambita. Questo luminoso e vibrante appartamento al piano terra si trova a pochi passi dalla famosa spiaggia di 1st Street, ideale per famiglie, che offre un comodo accesso a tutti i servizi della spiaggia e alle più famose ciambelle Browns Restaurant. Presentato nella rivista Coastal Living. Una vera gemma rara per un noleggio a Ocean City.

Comprendendo l'intero piano terra di uno sviluppo completamente nuovo, questa incredibile casa sulla spiaggia è arredata con mobili Pottery Barn e Restoration Hardware e ha finiture personalizzate in tutto. La cucina dello chef dispone di mobili in acero bianco ed è pronta per l'intrattenimento con una suite completa di elettrodomestici, ripiani in marmo e un dispositivo di raffreddamento del vino che è nascosto nella grande isola. Il soggiorno ha un ampio salotto per godersi l'HDTV 60 "e il caminetto LCD personalizzato da 72". Gli spazi abitativi sono rifiniti con legno esotico e le camere da letto con un comodo tappeto morbido. Lo spazio di intrattenimento include una Smart TV dotata di canali Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO e Premium Xfinity e audio surround per goderti i tuoi film e la tua musica.

La camera da letto principale con bagno ha un letto King, HDTV e balcone posteriore per godersi il caffè del mattino. La doccia principale è un centro benessere completo in vetro "walk-in". La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, HDTV e un balcone. La terza camera ha due letti a castello e può ospitare cinque bambini con una doppia più letto a castello e un letto a castello. I bagni sono rifiniti in marmo di Carrara con piani in quarzo per conferire un tocco di benessere alla tua casa vacanza. C'è anche un divano letto queen size nel soggiorno.

Il portico anteriore ha quattro sedie a dondolo, un ventilatore a soffitto tropicale e due tavoli per rilassare le giornate estive e le serate di distanza. C'è una doccia esterna privata con illuminazione notturna e una panca in teak per la pulizia dopo la spiaggia. Il bucato ha una grande lavatrice e asciugatrice sovrapposte, quindi gli ospiti possono impacchettare il poco o quanto vogliono.

Questo è un lotto di vicoli privati, quindi c'è un parcheggio per due auto e un ampio garage per riporre tutti i tuoi oggetti.

Includiamo anche lenzuola e asciugamani freschi. Ci sono anche 5 biciclette, sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni nel garage per il vostro uso.

Exceptional experience

The house was by far the best rental my family has ever had. We would go back without question. The house is close to the beach and not quite as crowded as other areas. I loved the fact that I didn’t have to deal with linen rentals and the associated logistics. There were even things like dishwasher pods, washing machine detergent etc. which seems like a trivial thing but it all adds up to a great overall experience. We had a great time!

Beautiful Home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home on 1st Street! We have never stayed down that far when visiting OCNJ (we go every year) and it was a nice change. The area is quiet and laid back. The beach is a short block away! Brown's was a treat for a sit down breakfast, donuts and a water ice while on the beach. We also ate at the Island Grill right on the corner and my children liked runnning to the corner store/deli for quick things we forgot. It really gave you the feel that you were part a community, not just 'borrowing' the house for a week :) The house itself was gorgeous. The furniture was very comfortable. The amenities were top notch. It was a treat to not have to drag towels and sheets and even beach chairs with us on vacation. We used the grill as my kids played games in the back alley. We enjoyed seeing the many local bunnies every day! The house was clean and modern, stylish and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, There easily could have been a whole other family with us and there would have been room. My youngest (5) could not reach the bathroom sings so we had to improvise to make her a little step stool lol. The island was huge and my kids ate breakfast there every day. The beds were very comfortable. My teen loved having her own room on vacation and also having a balcony off her bedroom. Her only comment was that there were no full length mirrors in the home so she got some slack for hogging the bathrooms mirrors haha. They loved the outdoor shower after a day at the beach to cool down and clean off. The house was absolutely lovely, just my style. Loved every inch of decor. That and cleanliness are very important to me. I want to feel 100% comfortable when staying in a home for a week and I certainly did here! The fireplace is awesome! Just a gorgeous home that we were very lucky to take over for a week :) Thank you to the hosts for giving us the opportunity!

The greatest!

I can't say enough about this property! We had the best time! The location is amazing!!! We had a 2 month old, 4 yr old, parents, and grandparents! We honestly could have never left the house and I would have been happy! Comfy beds, perfect porch for morning coffee, evening toy games, and after dinner cocktails. Close to the beach with bathroom facilities. Perfect outdoor shower! Beautiful kitchen! We love OC and this is by far the best property we have rented!

This property has a north end location. It is located within two blocks of the beach. The boardwalk with amusements, shopping, and restaurants is nearby. Downtown shopping is also close. There is a causeway leading north out of Ocean City for easy access to Atlantic City and the casinos. There are tennis courts and a playground in the area.
