Situato in posizione strategica a Washington DC, Pentagono e Quantico, in Virginia. L'open space offre un luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa. La zona pranzo fa un posto favoloso per lavorare al computer con accesso ad una parete di un vetro che si apre ad un 4 ft. Terrazza con vista piscina con giardino appartato.

camera matrimoniale e bagno con letto king size. zona lavanderia adiacente. L'altra camera da letto ha letto matrimoniale con marmo adiacente bagno completo e una piccola camera da letto 3 ° con un letto futon molto comodo e vi è un bagno di servizio aggiuntivo.

Al piano di sotto la propria zona soggiorno separata con una delle camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e bagno completo. L'altra camera offre un confortevole futon full size.

Grazie ai miei grandi vicini Jenny e Gretchen per suggerendo di aggiungere un angolo bar al piano di sotto per migliorare l'area della piscina.

Grande zona lavanderia conduce al garage per due auto. Tre set di porte francesi si aprono al grande ponte in travertino e piscina.

Fantastic medium-term place to stay

We stayed at the house for three months, and I have to say everything was absolutely great. We had small children, including a one-year-old, and we found that by moving a few pieces of furniture around (and keeping a close eye on them) we managed to get through the stay with minimal problems. Having access to a basement apartment made it possible to handle incoming in-law visits with greatly reduced stress, and the gorgeously landscaped backyard was great for wearing down the kids. The place is a short ride down Rt 50 from downtown DC and East Falls Church Metro is a 10 min Uber ride away. Paula and Michael are great hosts and they really go the extra mile to label everything for easy finding/operating. The tech in the house was pretty extensive (we didn't end up using half of it) and my kids were intensely interested in the drop-from-the-ceiling flatscreen TV. I highly, highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area for a medium to long term stay.

OUTSTANDING HOME-IMPRESSIVE HOMEOWNERS

We were thrilled with the house, which came with every amenity you could desire! The "customer service" extended to us by the homeowners Paula and Michael was outstanding !! After our stay, I went back and re-read all the previous reviews and thought "yes, exactly right"!!! The pictures of the house and the reviews painted the perfect description of the rental..you can expect to get exactly what you see and read....no surprises but good ones!!! I especially loved the Hersey kisses :) The homeowners thought of everything ....and I mean everything. When the weather seemed uncertain due to the aftereffects of a possible hurricane, they made sure we were supplied with raincoats and candles in case we lost power. We had an unusual situation and Paula and Michael went above and beyond to make sure I was renting the perfect place for my family. My sister-in-law was involved in a accident where a driver who was texting hit her while she was out for a walk. Finding a handicapped home to rent was proving difficult. After my first inquiry of their home, Paula and Michael provided me with a video showing me accessible entrances, doorways and shower facilities. After her suggestion of a personal phone call, my worries were put to rest. I was touched by their willingness to provide me with answers to all my questions. We arrived and immediately fell in love with their house and felt completely at home!!! We had a lovely week with family ending with a my son's wonderful wedding!! Paula and Michael's home provided my sister-in-law the opportunity to attend our family vacation and wedding in which we will be forever grateful!! After returning home, Paula notified me that we left an I-pad mini there and she promptly mailed it to us. I feel like I made a friend in Paula even though we never met.....I can't stress enough how wonderful the experience was and the homeowner's hospitality was a huge BONUS every renter deserves!!!!!!!!

Beautiful Home, and even better owners

My collegues and I were in the area on business and needed a home with all ammenities, and we got more than that with this home. All of our needs were met and exceeded not to mention how beautiful the home and landscape is. The pool was great and relaxing in the evenings after a long day at work. Having the downstairs as almost another living area enabled my collegues to enjoy some privacy. More impressive than the home were the owners. We had some requests that were not the easiest to meet and the owners were more than flexible in accomidating our needs. They even supplied us with farm grown eggs, moose and elk meat (and it was delicious!)! The thought that the owners have put into ensuring you have everything you need is amazing. We absolutely reccomend this home if you are considering staying in the area. Paula and Michael, I can't thank you enough for being so accomidating to our needs, and providing us with the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home, it was an absolute joy!

Christmas Family Gathering

We hosted our first, joint family Christmas gathering here and it could not have been a more perfect experience. The house is laid out nicely, has great character and is beautifully updated. Each bedroom is comfortable with its own bathroom. The lower level is essentially its own apartment with two bedrooms, a living room and full kitchen. My finance's family had their own space downstairs but the main level provided an ideal layout for everyone to gather from morning coffee chats to full blown dinner party and football watching festivities. Floor to ceiling windows make for lots of light . Comfortable and ample seating with an open floor plan makes it a great space for entertaining. Paula decked the whole house out in holiday decor. Christmas tree, lights, garland, poinsettia arrangements, holiday place-settings...etc. There was even a gift wrapping station set up! Often with rental houses, you end up making runs to the store for toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, hairspray...the small things that tend to be forgotten in the packing. This was not the case with this house. The house was stocked and EVERYTHING we could ever need was clearly labeled with notes on where to find and even directions on how to operate the technology. This was the first time our families were meeting- it provided neutral territory, luxury accommodations and we truly felt "home for the holidays". Thank you, Paula! Kelly & Willie

perfect family getaway

Don't be deceived by the outside. This home has everything and in spades. Two separate living areas one with two bedrooms and the other with three. Perfect for two families or, as with us, one big mutigenerational group. The owner has thought of everything--every necessity, every luxury and nearly every toy known to man. If it's not there you probably don't need it.Immaculately maintained,spacious and comfortable, I would recommend this spot to anyone seeking a getaway for a large group.( Although we were there in November the good sies pool set in the wooded garden would certainly be a plus in the summer .)

After a day of sightseeing or whatever, be sure to take advantage of the oh so private pool, in the heat of a Virginia Summer.

No more than 10 occupants on the premises at any given time.
