Grande 3500 piedi quadrati 3 camere da letto / 4 bagni Getaway casa vacanze di lusso si trova all'interno di una prestigiosa comunità golf Gated. Perfetto per la famiglia si riuniscono. Cucina professionale completamente attrezzata. La cucina dello chef è perfetta per il cuoco gourmet nel cuore. Biliardo, tavolo da gioco, piscina, vasca idromassaggio, vista a 180º sull'Organizzazione di Mountain View. Sistema audio surround multimediale di livello mondiale e TV a schermo piatto per l'intrattenimento. 3 letti queen size e 1 vtwin, con materasso TEMPUR-PEDIC con telecomando nel Master. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno e cabina armadio. Ci sono 2 docce e vasca idromassaggio per camera da letto principale.

Viste perfette sulla montagna dell'Organo e molti colori sulle montagne mentre il sole tramonta mentre ci si siede sotto il patio coperto o ci si rilassa nella piscina coperta o nella vasca idromassaggio. I cieli stellati espansivi sono assolutamente da togliere il fiato.

Goditi una passeggiata al mattino presto o alla sera in un quartiere sicuro e tranquillo. Se sei fortunato, potresti vedere un roadrunner che ti sfreccia sopra o persino una rara ubicazione di cervi selvatici o cinghiali all'alba o in tarda serata.

Al country club abbiamo qualche lezione di yoga ogni martedì e giovedì per soli $ 3 (non devi essere un membro per far parte della classe).

Beautiful Home and View

My very elderly parents wanted to winter away from the snow but needed someone to be there with them. I work remotely so it was perfect for me to join them. The view is amazing, the mountains change moment by moment, it was incredibly peaceful, The kitchen is a cooks dream, very well appointed and had a stunning view while you cooked and if you ate in the kitchen. The house is huge and the rooms are huge, the walk-in showers were wonderful and spacious. True there was not a lot of drawer space in the bedrooms but the closets more than made up for it. The master closet is massive and lots of space. We were there for two months and never felt cramped or pushed for space. This is truly a house for foodie's who love to cook, for people who enjoy the sun and those who want to be with family but not on top of each other. The weather Feb and March is a bit cold and windy for the pool and hot tub but the days I did use it were great. Kimberly is very sweet and a marvelous host. All my communications with her face to face or other were very pleasant. A beautiful home and wonderful lady.

Too many personal belongings

The place was clean, kitchen well stocked. The owner had so many personal belongings we could nto even put clothes in the drawers because her clothes were in them as well as in the closet. Her shoes were out as paperwork etc. Pool was not as expected. You cannot heat the pool at the same time as the hot tub. And you have to manually turn each one on/off. When i asked how to turn on the heat to the pool she did not know and said she always has someone else do it for her. The heater of the pool started spewing water out and we had to shut off the breakers so all the water would not empty from the pool. There are 2 thermostats in the house and the one for the main bedroom and kitchen area did not work properly. The temp in that area would go up to 78 degrees. Having rented from VRBO many times, this place was the most disappointing. We ended up leaving a daily early and staiyng in a hotel because it was so warm in the house.

Leaves a little to be desired

The house is beautiful but it was full of many personal belongings. In the main bedroom, there were the owner’s clothes in the closet and in drawers. We could not use any of the drawers to put our own clothes. Several pairs of her shoes were lined up at the back door. The garage was also full of many personal belongings. It would have been nice if we had been able to utilize the closet and drawers in the main bedroom. She also had many personal papers,etc in closets and desk. Although Kim was very receptive to our questions, I was very disappointed about the pool and hot tub. We paid to have the pool heated and for the first three days, we could not use either the pool or the hot tub as they were not warm enough. She provided me the number to contact the pool person but he did not respond. Kim sent instructions on how to turn on the pool heat and the hot tub (you cannot heat both at the same time). It was very frustrating and on Sunday evening, her son sent us instructions. We followed the instructions and about 10 minutes later, something blew off the heater and water was spewing out by the gallons. I attempted to call Kim and the pool person and did not get a response back for quite some time. My husband and brother in law found the breaker in the garage and turned off the pool/hot tub. The pool was finally fixed late Monday afternoon. I did request a refund for the pool heat as we didn’t get a chance to enjoy. Having stayed in many VRBOs, this was most disappointing
