Excellent Home Excellent Service!

Wonderful 3 bedroom home with pool and spa. We were here to attend a conference at Bethel and the location was ideal. Beds are super comfy and home is well cared for. Best part was no additional clean up required. Really appreciated the great communication with the owners. I will use again.

Comfort and elegance all wrapped in one.

We enjoyed our time at this truly cozy home. The updates along with the lighting, artwork and furnishings make this home charming and welcoming. One recommendation we have is to add a griddle to the kitchen appliances. One minor repair recommendation would the fan in the back bedroom was noisy. The host were awesome to work with and check-in was easy. The pictures really don't do it justice. If we are ever back in the area we would definitely stay here again!!!

unassuming surprise!

On the outside, this is an unassuming house in an unassuming neighborhood. BUT, open the door, and it is amazing! The mid-century modern design is spot on. The design details are meticulous. The kitchen, is gorgeous with very high-end appliances. The yard includes a beautiful pool with a waterfall and a hot tub. Sadly, it was a little too cold for these Floridians to enjoy the pool, but did enjoy the hot tub. There were only 2 of us, but the house could comfortably accommodate 6 adults. I could imagine some really nice dinner parties! Sophia was great to deal with. We actually came to Redding just to stay in this house, but we found it to be a good base for exploring the area. We highly recommend this slice of history if visiting the Redding area.

Wedding weekend

We absolutely loved the property and the owners were incredible to work with. The beds were comfortable, the decorations modern, and the little details were appreciated. I forgot my hairdryer and was panicking before the wedding we went to, and Sophia actually brought one right over! We absolutely recommend this property.
