Questa è una casa per le vacanze a tempo pieno di nuova costruzione (febbraio 2018) progettata appositamente per soddisfare grandi gruppi. Con una superficie di 3625 piedi quadrati, può ospitare comodamente 18 persone in letti con funzionalità per facilitare grandi riunioni come 2x lavastoviglie, 2x set di lavatrice / asciugatrice, acqua calda senza fine, sala da pranzo per 20 e una grande sala bonus.

Elementi di design per disabili su sedia a rotelle come rampa di accesso alla porta d'ingresso, doccia senza cordoli, ecc.

Il garage profondo da 30 'consente il parcheggio di veicoli extra lunghi.

We loved everything! The kitchen has great options for cooking, the rooms were very nice, lots of extras to give you a homie feeling. We enjoyed it completely.

House was as listed. Host was responsive to questions. Large family Christmas was very good in this home. Would rent again.

Family wedding

The house was much bigger than expected. We had plenty of room for the bridal party and our family to sleep and eat. The parking situation was not as bad as i had anticipated even when someone not on our party parked in front of the house and left us with only 4 spots. Great memories were made in this beautiful house.

Excellent Group Option

This was, hands down, one of our best vrbo experiences. A group of us has been renting houses for 8-10 people for a long weekend of board games for over a decade, and this was the best house we've experienced. The house is well appointed with quality furnishings with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, ample seating options, and two good sized dining room tables. Unlike many rentals for large groups, nothing felt cheap or second rate. Doors were solid, bedrooms were nicely insulated for sound, tested by some pretty strong snorers in our group (although there is some street noise in the downstairs bedroom during the peak of the morning commute). All the bathrooms had high quality toilet paper, which we very much appreciated and show the hosts' care for the experience of the guests rather than maximizing profit. Overall, an excellent experience and one of the easiest conversations about where to host our event next year that we've ever had.

• Ryan: Dad. A loud, endless motor that loves outdoors, hugs from his kids and high adventure activities.
• Sylvia: Mom. Beautiful, Brazilian, and quiet (opposites attract I guess). Loves books and re-runs of Monk.
• Alexandre: Goes by Xande (Shun-dee). Gifted athlete, a good Boy Scout, and mom thinks he’s handsome.
• Sariah: Beautiful, elegant, and a wonderful leader.
• Isabella: Goes by Bella. Humorous, motherly, and always smiling.
• Sophia: She knows what she wants and she’ll tell you what’s on her mind. Look out!
• Isaiah: A welcome surprise to the family. What a firecracker! He’s so darn cute we all fight for his affection. FYI, he intentionally throws balls over the fence please just throw them back.
• Theo: The dog. Hyper and friendly, what more can you want.
• Snowflake and Tigger: These bunnies will melt your heart. The breeder told us they were both boys but after a “miracle” litter we figured it out...
