Open concept salone / sala da pranzo / cucina si affaccia sulle belle acque della baia. Le finestre enormi sull'acqua offrono viste mozzafiato. L'alba mattina non deve essere persa. Vuoi camminare con il tuo caffè e prendere un posto sul ponte sul lago e prendere tutto in.

Questa casa accoglie fino a 6 ospiti con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. 2 camere da letto sono al livello principale con 1 matrimoniale e 2 doppie. 1 bagno completo al piano principale. La camera da letto al piano superiore dello stile loft dispone di un letto king size e di un bagno completo. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono inclusi. La casa dispone anche di aria centrale.

La cucina offre un comodo spazio per preparare i pasti e servire direttamente nella zona pranzo. Lavasciuga.

All'aperto godere di un enorme cortile che cammina verso l'acqua. Proprio fuori dalla zona soggiorno godere di un ampio ponte con grill a gas. C'è anche un ponte sul lago proprio sul bordo delle acque e un pozzo del fuoco. Abbondanza di posti a sedere per divertimento in spiaggia. Le albe e la luna sono un bonus qui. Puoi dire relax? Questa zona si trova a pochi minuti dal villaggio di Suttons Bay, Leelanau Sands Casino e Omena. Godetevi la scenografica unità M-22 (questa casa è proprio fuori M-22) Assicurati di visitare tutte le comunità affascinanti sul lungomare sulla penisola di Leelanau. Troverete un sacco di ottimi posti per cenare, decine di cantine, birrerie e distillerie. Negozi di souvenir, caffè, gallerie d'arte. Assicuratevi di visitare il Museo Eyaawing e il Centro Culturale proprio in fondo alla strada. C'è così tanto da vedere e da fare in questa meravigliosa area.
Estate primaverile settimanale Sole-Sole. I fine settimana del Memorial e del Labor Day richiedono tre notti.

Great Location, but the house was in pretty poor shape.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would have appreciated knowing the house was under construction. The windows and walls have missing casements/frames. The bathroom towel hangers are secured and kept falling off the wall. The closet was missing a doorknob, and the vent registers were barely hanging on. Also, the second bathroom was not cleaned. There was hair and dried toothpaste in the sink and the shower had hair in it as well. Pretty gross. What made this even more disappointing is that I stayed in this rental prior to the upgrades, and a more reasonable price. For what we paid, I would have expected renovations to be finished and the house to be clean.

Manager left out some important details.

I picked this location because my family and I were attending a wedding at the Black Star Farm. The property is very beautiful. I’m not happy with some of the things the manager should have made me aware of like the bathroom sink is stopped up, the tub faucet, handles and shower head in the bathroom are rusted, the kitchen window and door frame are exposed/incomplete which left a draft in the house.

Love the peninsula, our favorite spot in all of Michigan. Quaint little towns, great vistas and wonderful food.

Always quiet and beautiful!

Reviewer Comments: Hello from the Smith's, I am writing this review and I hope it is construed as constructive and not to be posted!First, I would like to say, as we have been there 5 years in a row, we feel that we have seen some good progress with updates around the property. The one update is new windows. Although it is not completed on the inside since trim around the windows is missing. With the new windows they have screens that allowed us to open the windows if we wanted. Before, the windows were without screens and covered with spiders. The prize windows that give the fabulous view of the lake were dirty.The property is all about the view. The property has trees that line the edge and run down to the lake. The trees are producing branches and limbs that lean into the view and will soon ruin the view if not cleaned up. It is actually an easy clean up anyone with a saw could do it.We have never had problems with bugs but this year we had cockroaches inside. It was sporadic, but by the end of the visit, we knew it was an issue. Nobody wants to bring that back with them. When we got home, everything had to be inspected before being brought back into the house. As we found out, these cockroaches can also live outside. That explains why we have seen them outside around the entrance door, on my vehicle when packing to go home and even on the deck at the edge of the lake. The property was sprayed I believe after we arrived because I noticed the posted notes the next day to wait until the application dries.We have not decided to rent next year because of the bug problem.Sincerely yours, Doug and Tessa Smith
