Situato in pochi secondi di spiaggia in Capitola Village, questo appartamento di recente ristrutturato è attrezzato per la vacanza perfetta famiglia, se la sua per il week-end, settimana o mese. I genitori possono usufruire di due camere da letto, mentre i bambini potranno divertirsi con i due posti letto nel soppalco al piano di sopra. Due bagni con servizi doccia faranno in modo che tutti possano essere ospitati contemporaneamente. Una cucina completa è arredata per servire ogni pasto. Il soggiorno è dotato di un TV HD a schermo piatto e un divano letto. Wifi è disponibile in tutto il residence. Se vi è la necessità di fare il bucato, una lavatrice e asciugatrice sono disponibili.

Il balcone che si affaccia sul villaggio e la spiaggia sullo sfondo è ideale per rilassarsi su mentre la gente a guardare. Dopo il tramonto, approfittare della vasca idromassaggio per rilassarsi ulteriormente. Parcheggio privato dietro l'appartamento lungo El Camino Medio.

Great location

The location was perfect and so close to everything. The owner was easy to communicate with and kind. Pros- working tv with cable, hot tub was hot and clean, plates were nice and plentiful, beds were incredibly comfortable from the mattress to the sheets, couch was comfy. Cons- the trash in the kitchen was completely full when we arrived(we had to take it out). the bath tub in the master bedroom was dirty with hair in the tub from the person before us. The dryer in the outdoor laundry room was not working well- we couldn’t dry the clothes all the way. Also, the master bedroom bathroom smelled of mold and you could see it dark between the tile and the tub. The fans in both bathrooms were so dusty and probably have a hard time getting the steam out from the build up. Overall, we had a great trip but thought I would mention those issues we had. Also there is 1 spot (of 3 spaces) for parking but we were able to use 2 because the restaurant only used 1. And then we were able to have another car park behind one of us. Just something to be aware of. And the upstairs is an incredibly low ceiling. Kids have fun up there but for adults it’s just a sleeping only space.

Great location with plenty of space

We had a great stay here! The location was awesome-a quick walk to anywhere in downtown. There was a decent amount of amenities and a comfortable living space. My only complaints would be that it could have been cleaner-mostly in the upstairs loft-and the pullout couch was broken when we got there. Also, there wasn’t any propane in the grill so we had to go and get some during our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

Wharf to Wharf Weekend

We love the property and wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for allowing us to stay at the property. It was a great location for the race and within walking distance of everything. The property has everything we needed.

Steps away from the beach

We had an amazing time! So close to all the action and great food but still enjoyed relaxing at the house. Teens loved dropping back into house after beach and shopping to dip in jacuzzi/ eat/ nap before heading back out to arcades/beach. Such a fun visit!

Our family has owned the building since 1996 and have enjoyed the Village through the three generations that have come to know the uniqueness of Capitola. We live within a half-an-hour of Capitola in the Santa Clara Valley and refer to the area as our second home. As fourth generation Northern Californians, we take pride in our area and we strive to provide the best for the visitors of our location.

What more can we say about Capitola and this apartment that hasn't already been said?!!! As a family we have enjoyed the Village and beach for its family friendliness, variety of dining and shopping, and awesome weather. The locals are welcoming and warm, and the area is safe. Everything one needs is in walking distance and don't be surprised if you don't use your car once while staying here.

Not to mention that one of the local favorite restaurants, Thai Basil, is downstairs!!!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

As we remodeled the apartment in 2012, we wanted to add every convenience we could. A loft with two beds for the kids (or adults), a hot tub, a large window for natural lighting, WiFi and washing facilities. The balcony overlooking Monterey Avenue is great for people watching in the Village yet the double pained windows throughout the location ensure a good night sleep.

For us, its all about the location. Great restaurants, a beautiful beach, and shopping enhance a walking experience. There is nothing like stepping out the apartment door with a cup of coffee in the cool, fresh mornings and enjoying the Monterey Bay. This is why we keep coming back!
