Questo appartamento duplex a soppalco ha un ingresso al piano terra e un fantastico terrazzo con vista sullo skyline di Manhattan da nord a sud. Sentiti libero di fare un barbecue e goditi la vista del sito. L'appartamento è composto da soggiorno e cucina con un concept design aperto.

Su per le scale una camera da letto con un'atmosfera molto accogliente, nel carattere della stanza godrai dell'incredibile alba sopra la vista sullo skyline. C'è anche un bagno completo su questo piano. La camera da letto è composta da un materasso Posturepedic a grandezza naturale e comprende anche un comodo materasso ad aria full size o doppio.

Giù per le scale le altre tre camere sono costituite da armadi a muro, comprese le finestre che si affacciano anche sulla vista di New York, ad eccezione di una camera senza finestre !!Le camere da letto sono composte da un materasso full size e Queen Posturepedic e comprendono anche un comodo materasso ad aria full size o twin.

Reservation was cancelled 1 hour before check in

We booked this property and paid in full in Feb 2022 for a family Christmas in New York. My worst nightmare realised when the host cancelled our reservation 1 hour from landing at JFK. I was left looking for accommodation for six people, in New York at Christmas!! There is another review of this host cancelling a reservation at the last minute so I would be VERY wary of booking. Peter did help us find another apartment, with a buddy of his, but we’re still fighting for a full refund.

We got cancelled

Checked my emails in transit to NYC at Doha only to find our accommodation was cancelled which was extremely stressful. I had to rate the stay in order for my comments to be submitted which is unfair as we did not have the opportunity to stay. Very dissatisfying and stressful not to mention having to try to find funds we did not have for alternative accommodation until we received a refund quite some time later

AMAZING

I cannot recommend this property enough!! The apartment is beautiful, and the NYC skyline view is absolutely breathtaking. 100 times better then the photos, and description. Peter was in the lot the day we arrived. He stood there with us for a good 30 minutes telling us about the area, best ways into NYC, transportation schedules, which restaurants were the best, and even got a little history about how the property evolved into apartments. I loved the unit. Patricia did a wonderful job decorating, and making it feel very homey. Was clean, and cozy. Had everything needed from shampoo to trash bags. We were very impressed. Immediately felt like home. It is a very quiet location. I highly recommend paying for the private parking offered as parking can be tricky. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We will absolutely be back. Thank you for the hospitality. Wish I could rate more then 5 stars!

Our apartment is only a 15 minutes ride into Manhattan (depending on traffic) with access to either Lincoln or Holland tunnels. The NJ Transit bus stop is also a block away from the apartment which takes you directly to 42st Port Authority station. Please let us know if we have not sent you our Guest Guide PDF document yet!
This apartment has video surveillance 24 hrs a day in the front parking lot and on the rear deck.
