La moderna cucina abitabile con bancone in granito è ben attrezzata con tutte le pentole e un sacco di spazio a disposizione per farti sentire a casa. Le camere da letto e zona soggiorno sono molto spaziose con armadi camera da letto capienti. TV in 2 camere da letto e grande schermo TV in salotto. Il Front Porch coperta con tavolo e sedie è perfetto per oziare mentre godendo il sole del mattino con il caffè. C'è anche un fuori grill a gas barbecue sul lato della casa. Lavastoviglie e lavatrice / asciugatrice nell'unità. Doccia esterna chiusa e deposito spiaggia disponibile anche con sedie a sdraio. parcheggio fuori strada privata e ben asfaltata per 2 auto. Il proprietario offre 4 tag spiaggia per l'uso durante il soggiorno.

The location was ideal... only one block from beach. Condo had everything we needed. The downside was that I don't think the condo was cleaned before we got there. The floors were dirty and wrappers were on a few of the beds. However, when I notified the owner, she apologized and was willing to send clearners the following day. We had already cleaned with supplies left so we declined. Kitchen chair cushions were not able to be cleaned off so many stains. We enjoyed our stay since most of the time was spent at the beach and outdoors.

Great!
I've stayed in many rentals in Ocean City. The last one was for many years, so we had some doubt. To us, after this week, there was no doubt! The location was perfect, the house was clean and well cared for, the owner was wonderful to work with. We had no complaints and would absolutely rent again.

The house is a convenient short walk to the beach. The area is relatively quiet. There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance. If you plan to eat out often you will likely have to drive. We have been coming to OC for 14 years and stayed in several different houses. I was disappointed in this place. Overall it wasn’t clean. I did contact the owner who was able to get a cleaning service to come 3 days after check in. The listing included an outdoor shower and storage area. The storage area was full of the owners things. The outdoor shower was a shower stall inside a storage closet. Beach chairs were stacked inside the stall itself. It was so full of things (and sand) that we didn’t even bother using it. We planned on using the grill that was advertised but it was dirty with old food and looked like it hadn’t been touched since last summer. I contacted the owner and was told I could clean it with the tools provided or she could have a neighbor come clean it. We just opted not to grill. Another thing I thought was strange was many of the kitchen cabinets were full of the owners things. Even the closet and drawers had a few clothes and random belongings. I have never experienced this while renting in OCNJ. A major issue for my family was a few of us have severe dog allergies. The listing was no pets allowed, however the owner’s dog previously stayed in the house. Immediately upon arrival we could tell there had been a dog. I can understand owners want to bring their own pets while not allowing others but this should be stated in the listing so that renters with allergies can be aware. Thankfully we had great weather and just spent most of the week outside. We still enjoyed our week and the beach was great. However, I would expect more from a rental at this price point.

Great location
We had a wonderful stay. The location is great. Away from the hustle and crowds of the boardwalk. Very responsive owner.

Hello,
We purchased this property in 2017 and have been busy making it a family-friendly beach house. We are from the suburbs of PA so its a close trip down on the weekends in the spring and fall. We rent the house during the summer months and hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we do.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We chose this property as we have several friends on the block and it is such a welcoming street. It's mostly quiet and the beach is so close you can run back and forth if you need anything. We also have plenty of parking so if we need our car to get to the store or boardwalk, it's an easy trip. There is also the OC Trolley that runs every 15-minutes from our street to the boardwalk.
