Questa casa Alexander spaziosa e meticolosamente progettata nella Racquet Club Estates è dove le linee pulite e la semplice eleganza di queste iconiche case della metà del secolo incontrano il moderno stile di vita di un resort.

Il cortile lussureggiante ti invita. La passerella in pietra ti guida nella casa dove sei immediatamente accolto dal perfetto mix di comfort moderni, dettagli della metà del secolo e la sensazione travolgente di essere arrivato al tuo santuario privato.

Con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni, tra cui una casita privata con vista sul cortile tentacolare e paesaggistico eterogeneo, c'è spazio in abbondanza per sistemarsi nell'oasi del deserto perfettamente arredata. Le transizioni senza soluzione di continuità e il flusso tra spazio interno ed esterno catturano la vera essenza di questa casa per eccellenza di Palm Springs.

Trascorri facili pomeriggi rilassati in una chaise longue sotto le palme mature con vista sulle montagne o una nuotata rinfrescante nella piscina di acqua salata. Prendi gli incrociatori da spiaggia per un giro nel tardo pomeriggio nel centro di Palm Springs e torna a casa giusto in tempo per vedere il sole che tramonta tra le palme sopra le montagne.

Your own oasis

This was a great place to spend family time. The pool is great and the grounds are well kept. Everything you need in the kitchen. Just unload and enjoy!

Lots of ants inside and outside!!!

I hate to write this review. Was really hoping they would make it right. But unfortunately the property team is the problem. They lack in customer service and when you pay what you pay at a VRBO I would think you wouldn’t have an ant issue all over the inside and outside of the house. Two of the days it was so bad we could barely prepare food. The kitchen counter and floor were crawling with ants. They had pest control come out which made it worse for majority of the day and evening. There were ants in the master bathroom as well. It was gross. Ants all over the patio where you sit to hangout. They clearly have an ant problem. One staff member came out and said she couldn’t believe it and told me to write an email and she would have my back on all of it, she took pictures or claimed she did. I’m getting a small reimbursement for my issue with the pool not heating up. Yes, you have to pay extra to heat the pool… and a very small reimbursement for the ant issue (not even a nights stay worth) Also there are no curtains or true blinds. You can see through the white thin blinds. So you get woke up at 530 AM on your vacation. You never have one point of contact you get multiple people. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Super underwhelming. Again unfortunate I had to write this.

A lovely place for family vacations

We've stayed here twice and the property and location are both perfect. Pet friendly, walking distance from Victoria Park and the backyard is a dream. Salt water pool, tree lined, giving areas to access shade throughout the day. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of towels with access to wash and launder them for longer stays, the kitchen is stocked. We had a wonderful stay and the property managers couldn't be nicer. Highly recommend.

Winter retreat from frozen New England

This house is perfectly appointed for a family get away. Modern and streamline with great art and beautiful grounds and pool. Great kitchen that is well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were very clean with fantastic showers. View of the snow covered mountains in the back was a unique sight set against the palm trees. We hope to return! Very clean and well curated space. Loved it!

The "FINE PRINT" - All vacation rentals in Palm Springs and surrounding cities must follow very strict local vacation rental ordinances (laws) to remain in business, including strict occupancy limits (2 persons per bedroom), collection of separate local occupancy taxes (9% - 13%), party free homes, good neighbor policies, no outdoor music permitted at vacation rentals, renters must be over the age of 25 to book, and an actual rental contract must be signed with an ID provided for the responsible renter.

We understand that this may add a few extra steps to the speedy booking process. We do hope that our ever present sunshine, amazing homes and pools, and stunning mountain views would make up for the extra steps. Please keep in mind that we don't make the local laws, we just follow them!!!
