Spacious corner house, 101 m2 with private fenced garden both in front and backyard. Roof terrace ,50 m2 with shower. Close to 7 km long beach, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, kiting, sailing, golf and the old town. 3 air-cons, one in each bedroom and one in the sittingroom. 32" TV with 22 channels, mostly british . Keyholder meet you and show you the house. Cleaning after your stay is included in the rent. The street in front of the house is blocked for traffic by gates (private key). The house is equipped and furnished to a very high standard in a secured gated complex. Residential complex which has rules that must be respected. (this information is given to avoid bad behavier in our complex) 2 patios, one overlooking the garden and one overlooking the swimming pool (10meters away) and a lovely garden area. Spacious terrace with awning in front of the house. 2 bedrooms each with a balcony and air-con/heater. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and el.kettle. Lounge/dining area with air-con/heater. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets within a short walk. As there are long sandy and safe beaches it is perfect for children as there are hardly no waves in Mar Menor and the water is shallow. There are numerous golf courses in the neighbourhood. The famous La Manga golf within 30 minutes drive of Los Alcazares. Se note on 'further' details. Nearby airports are Corvera, 35 minutes by car . Opend 16th of January 2019, and Alicante 60 minutes by car, both are served by many low-fare airlines. Golf/tennis/shopping.: Los Alcazares is becoming known as the golf centre of the Costa Calida, with exceptional courses such as La Serena, Roda and Mar Menor Golf on your doorsteps. A public tennis-course is within 20 min. walk. The little town has a cozy athmosfere with lots of bars, pubs, and restaurants with cuisine from different places of the world. There are supermarkets which are open on Sundays within a short walk, and charming markets on Thuesdays and Saturdays, and you can have nice walks in the old part of the town which also contents good restaurants and charming small shops. . Banks/ATM avilable within 5 min walk as well as hairdressers and other small shops.

very nice house for family vacations

very nice house for family vacations and very clean, nothing to say. very nice to have the swimming pool nearby and secure. the sea is 20 minutes away on foot but there are plenty of free parking spaces. we spent a pleasant holiday in the sun and calm.

Clean, comfortable and with home comforts

We really enjoyed staying at this property with it having all that we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is nice and quiet whilst only being a few minutes walk from the main bar / restaurant area. The house is well equipped and has many personal touches that make it a lot friendlier than a self catering apartment. Check-in was easy and when there was a slight air conditioning problem, communication was great and it was resolved within a day. Thankyou

A much loved location

Marion was very clear with instruction and delightful to deal with . The house had enough for the needs of our family and was comfortable . The area and complex is one close to our hearts and a great holiday was had by all .

I bought my house in 2001 and intended to live there during wintertime, which I also did until I got devorced and went back to 100% work as a doctors assistent in 2010
But now I am retired and can use the house whenever I like.
I love satisfied guest and do my best to make them a comfortable stay.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

I bought it because I fell in love with the area, the atmosphere, and the lovely Mar Menor. The city was the right sice for me, and I do not need a car to go to the most nessesary places in the area. The people are friendly and and nice, and all facilities is within a short walking distance. The sea is calm and shallow and therefore super for children. Mar Menor is several degrees warmer than the Mediterranian and there are never high waves.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

I fell in love with the house because it had a beautiful roof-terrace, I could overview the lovely backyard and the pool-area. The rooms had good space and I felt at home at once. That after beeing several other places that did not attract me enough to buy them. The front street is protected from traffic by gates and therefore very safe for children and burglery. It is good space in the frontgarden to eat and relax quietly, and there are only only a few steps to the 2 pools from the backyard. The neighbours are all very friendly and nice.
