La nostra proprietà di Phinney Avenue è la tua casa a Seattle.

Gli arredi moderni con pavimenti in legno e piastrelle assicurano un soggiorno piacevole. Flatscreen HDTV, Wifi, libreria completamente fornita, lavatrice e asciugatrice, e uno spazio divertente all'aperto che si desidera vivere quando il tempo è giusto.

Peaceful Hideaway for Seattle

Wendy and Matthew have managed to put together a gem of a retreat abode easily accessible to bus lines and Seattle. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed with this home. It was convenient for visiting with our children and accessible for my husbands limited mobility. Thanks for opening up your home to share.

Stay here if you are visiting Seattle. Wonderful neighborhood.

The house is very clean and newly renovated to be a great place to call home for a vacation. Quiet little neighborhood. Wendy was so accommodating and quickly answered all our questions and needs. Rooms are bright and clean. We would stay here again for sure. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay in Ballard

We stayed at the house for two weeks. When we arrived in the evening after having travelled for more than 14 hours it was just wonderful to settle into this lovely house. It was clean, warm and fully equipped for a family of four. The location was perfect and our two small boys loved the small back yard where they could run around and play football and do hand stands on the lawn. We are so grateful for having come across this house, and with the two boys it was just great being able to wash clothes, make some light snack in the middle of the night (jet lag) and to be able to send them outside when the energy level got to high. Thank you so much for letting us stay. We had a wonderful two weeks! We would recommend this house to any one whether it is a family or a couple - just really nice and friendly place.

Wonderful place to stay, with helpful management

My husband and I needed a place to stay while settling into Seattle. This was just what we were hoping for. Finding a owner willing to let us have our pets stay in the house was hard, but they were great about welcoming our whole family into their house. The dishwasher had a problem while we were there, and once we called to report it they had their maintenance guy put a new one in the next day. What a response! We have found our permanent home in Seattle now, but this house was a great welcome to the city. We only wish we could have stayed in the Summer to take advantage of the great outdoor space. Who knows, this might be a place we have our parents stay when they come to visit us?

Matthew and Wendy are lifelong Seattle residents. We met years ago while working together at the Space Needle. A place you shouldn't miss, and we are glad we didn't! We are opening our house up to you, and hope you enjoy living in Seattle as much as we do. Winter in Seattle isn't as bad as we say it is, and Summer is better than anyone ever gives it credit for. Don't miss our favorite birdwatching spot just down the hill at Carkeek Park-a hidden gem of the city.

We chose this house almost ten years ago because it was so close to everything we liked about our city. Parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. (You will be amazed by how many grocery stores we have.) A backyard gives us a place to relax away from the hustle of the city, and the location gives us easy access to all the routes into the city from the north.

This property provides us with everything we want: close to the city with a taste of the suburbs.

In the Northwest the Spring, Summer, and Fall are great times to enjoy the sun while it is out. We knew this was the right place for us when we saw the private entertaining area in the back. Whether entertaining friends or playing with the dog, this place was for us.
