L'appartamento si trova in una casa di 3 famiglia che viene in primo piano con un cortile privato che ha panchine, tavolini, grill a gas, griglia a carbone e una torre di fuoco. L'appartamento è stato totalmente rinnovato con una pavimenti in legno, piastrelle in ceramica, nuova cucina e bagni, elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, microonde, tostapane, macchina da caffè, stoviglie, bicchieri, tazze, piatti, pentole, padella. Dispone di 2 camere con un letto matrimoniale ciascuno, e un divano letto matrimoniale in soggiorno così l'appartamento può ospitare 6 persone EASY. Inoltre vi è ferro e IRONBORD DISPONIBILI, asciugacapelli, asciugamani, sapone, shampoo e balsamo, papertowels e carte servizi igienici, nonché. Ci sono tre TV all'interno della casa con i cavi di tv e internet. Il calore è fornito nel inverno e aria condizionata in estate.
Il quartiere è molto AMICHEVOLE un isolato di distanza DALLE milione di case dollaro e MILLION DOLLAR Vista di Manhattan, sicuro e vicino a centri commerciali, ristoranti, caffetterie PARCHI e campi da gioco.
LA posizione è molto vicino a New York City, il viaggio è molto facile con l'autobus, circa 15 min senza TRAFFICO, è possibile anche con TRAGHETTO lungo la scogliera che fornisce anche TRASPORTO ATTRAVERSO Manhatttan PURE. TUTTI I bus va a PORTUALE IN NYC che si trova sulla 8th Avenue e 42nd Street un isolato di distanza DAL Time Square (midtown). Il Biglietto è solo 3 dollari a senso unico. Il parcheggio è sulla strada con il necessario permesso CUI saranno forniti da ME.

A perfect place to visit New York

We were traveling as a family with two kids (11 and 14). Paul and his wife were super friendly and helpful - they made us feel at home immediately! We would always come back if we were looking for a place to stay in New York. The appartement is located in an lovely old building in West York. If you walk 5 minutes from the house you reach the Hudson river and you will have a spetacular view on Manhatten and the skyline. Paul renovated the appartement just recently. Everything was nice and super clean. The location is perfect. The bus stop is 5-10 minutes walking from the house. From there you take the bus to Port Authority bus terminal in New York . It is a 25 minutes bus drive and is roughly 2,50 Dollars per person. Bus runs every 5-10 minutes. Super easy and convenient to reach New York! Around the house are a lot of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and everything you want. You don`t need a car. It is all walking distance. For us it was a perfect stay. Thans so much Paul and Adriana! We will come back and will recommend this lovely place to all our friends and family! Many greetings from Stefanie and the whole Neubauer familiy.

Great Location, Beautiful View of Manhattan Skyline

We enjoyed our stay and will stay here in the future if available. The check-in process was simple once we realized the door was upstairs (it was late and we were tired). The place is as depicted in the photos. Paul was responsive if we needed anything and very helpful with getting us started with local transportation. Once we figured that out we were off and exploring. The house is super cute, close to laundry, local shops and a quick walk to the city bus. The home was clean and neat. Great for a family traveling with kids. We were very happy with having Paul as our host.

Cozy apartment in quiet neighborhood, right across the Hudson from Manhattan

I loved our stay at Paul’s apartment! The surrounding neighborhood is very quaint and calm, with everything you could need within a few blocks at most—7/11, laundromat, liquor store, and great food! Also, it’s only a 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop, and I was surprised how easy it was to get into Manhattan (25 min average) despite us being there New Year’s weekend. Paul was quick to communicate and consistently available if we needed anything. The apartment slept 3 of us very comfortably. Will definitely stay again when we return to NY!

Great Location

Snug little place in a great location in Jersey. If you are traveling with a small family this is a pretty good spot to land. 20 minutes or less of a walk to the ferry - which is what we used to get to NY daily. Quiet spot overall! There are restaurants, laundromat, grocery store nearby. All basic amenities are located in the apartment. Paul was an excellent communicator anytime I had a question.

Sehr gut mit kleinen Mängeln

Wer eine komplette Ferienwohnung etwas außerhalb von New York zu einem Top Preis sucht, wird hier fündig. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, direkt in New Jersey, in 5 Minuten Laufnähe zu einer Bushaltestelle, bei der regelmäßig Busse Richtung Times Square fahren ($3,50 pro Fahrt; circa 20-35 Minuten Fahrtzeit je nach Verkehr). Noch dazu hat man durch diese Lage einen tollen Blick auf die Skyline von Manhattan. In der Nähe befindet sich zudem ein kleiner Supermarkt, der 24 Stunden geöffnet hat, und ein Waschsalon (es gibt nicht, wie angegeben, eine Münzwaschmaschine im Gebäude). Die Wohnung an sich war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich gleich wohl fühlte. Anzumerken ist jedoch, dass man für das 2. Schlafzimmer durch das 1. Schlafzimmer muss. Da wir nur als Paar gereist sind, war dies kein Problem. Reist man jedoch mit mehr als zwei Personen, sollte man sich dessen bewusst sein. Außerdem könnten unserer Meinung nach in der Küche mehr Geschirr, ein Deckel für die Töpfe, etc. zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Zum Vermieter: Paul ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mann, der direkt nebenan mit seiner Familie wohnt. Obwohl wir unseren Flug verpasst haben und erst nachts ankamen, blieb er wach, um uns persönlich zu begrüßen. Auch bei anderen Problemen (verlorenes Gepäck, Gepäckaufbewahrung am Abreisetag) half er uns. Alles in allem werden wir die Wohnung definitiv weiter empfehlen, v.a. Aufgrund des top Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses.

I am a family-oriented person with a wife and three children originally from Romania, graduated the veterinary college.I lived and worked in NYC before moving to NJ and choose a location close to Manhattan where both me and my wife work, and to have good schools for the boys as well. So I choose Hudson County where i live now and I am very happy. The Neighborhood is very safe and friendly and there are many activities for the children as well that keep them busy.

The apartment is brand new, totally renovated, new furniture, new kitchen, new bathroom, new floors, backyard, next to Manhattan at the half price. What more can you ask. Give it a try and you will see. One more benefit you have me available all the time.
