Alles wie auf den Bildern. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter.
Thank you very much for taking the time to review your holiday at Villa Palma. Felice was very pleased to have you stay and thanks you for looking after the house during your time there. Come back soon
Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Villa Palma.
Felice was very happy to have your stay and was very glad to hear you enjoyed your holiday in Stintino.
I am sorry you found the house lacking in cooking utensils and I will look to address what seems to be missing.
For anyone considering Villa Palma, the 3 bedrooms are on the lower floor with French doors on to the private driveway of the house and not a car lot which in English is a car park! Just a term which could be misleading to others. The photos illustrate this for confirmation.
Quite right the villa is in a special location and there are other beaches within walking distance. A short car journey will bring you to yet more stunning beaches, however only a little less crowded than La Pelosa in August which is the busiest month with the Italians from the main land.
Once again , thank you for staying.
A Jewel on the Peninsula
Four of us stayed in the villa in September and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Felice could not do enough for us in spite of the fact that our plane was late and we arrived much later than planned. The layout of the property was great. Grandad was able to get out of the car, open his bedroom door and collapse on the bed!
We were close to everything including the most beautiful beach. We could walk to a very nice restaurant where we could sit outside and look over the azure blue water.
At the villa we were able to eat our meals outside with no effort at all. The only "problem" was the lack of power points in the kitchen but, where there is a will - there is a way.
We all had a really great holiday. Thank you so much.
Stintino is lovely but...
Stintino is a lovely little place, beautiful coves that you can drop into and crystal clear waters. The pool at the villa is great and the photo does not do it justice, the garden area is also nice and the mid week clean was good. That unfortunately is where it ended for us. Some general comments: every toilet roll holder was broken, the cistern in the ground floor bathroom was not working properly, two out of four rings on the hob were not working, crockery (other than plates) was inadequate (4 mugs, 4 wine glasses, for a villa that sleeps 8/9?), the twin bedroom smelt damp and was uninviting (perhaps unsurprising as it is effectively a basement room albeit with a small window), 3 out of 4 sunbeds not working properly, some exposed electrics, sadly overall the villa is generally tired. Perhaps it is reasonably priced for Sardinia but ion any event you should be able to expect certain standards of a rental and we did not feel we got them. One last thing, whilst not a direct comment on the property, we are told that utilities in Sardinia are expensive, be forewarned they are astronomical!
A great villa in a fantastic location! 💖
We hired this villa as a family of 9. The villa was lovely, very charming and stunning surroundings. The pool is gated so very safe for young children and benefits from sun all day. The property is 2 minutes from the local restaurant, 5 minutes from the local shop and 10 minutes from L'Anchora beach (and only 5 minutes to the sea if you don't mind a few rocks!) Felice was a fantastic host - such a gentleman! I have already enquired to return with other family members next year and am anxious to book! A real gem of a villa and I cannot recommend highly enough! 💞
Thank you so much for taking the time to review Villa Palma. Felice was most happy to have you stay and to see that you enjoyed the villa, the pool and it's surroundings.
He will look forward to seeing you again with other family members next year.
Once again many thanks for your kind review which will be most helpful for other family groups alike when considering Villa Palma.
All best wishes
Superb Home, Wonderful Pool!
The home outside Stintino is perfectly located with stunning views of the sea from the second floor bedroom. The kitchen is well-equipped, and five minutes by foot from the property is an excellent restaurant where we dined every evening. The young people in our party really enjoyed the pool. La Pelosa beach, one of the most beautiful I've ever seen, is a fifteen minute walk. The owner is a very gracious individual who made us feel at home immediately. Villa Palma is definitely worth a return visit.
The above rental rates are for 8 guests at full capacity over the 4 bedrooms. The rental rates include gas and an end of stay clean. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Pool/Beach towels can be provided at €10 per person should guests prefer to save room in small travel cases
