Questa unità al piano superiore della fattoria si trova a North Bryan

Ingresso privato e piccolo portico rende facile andare e venire. Un sacco di spazio per il parcheggio sulla ghiaia rotonda.

La casa fu costruita negli anni '40 e ha il fascino della vecchia casa. Stiamo lavorando molto lentamente per portare la casa ad una nuova gloria, abbiamo iniziato con questa unità al piano di sopra che si è rivelata meravigliosamente.
La proprietà è disseminata di grandi alberi di quercia, dandogli una sensazione di campagna leggera senza il tragitto giornaliero. Puoi sederti sulla veranda e goderti la vista con un caffè o guardare le galline vicino al pozzo del fuoco o al tavolo da picnic.

Le due (2) camere da letto, (1) casa dei bagni sono meravigliose per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di shopping, visite turistiche o eventi A & M. Con un (1) letto matrimoniale due (2) letti gemelli e un (1) materasso estraibile in memory foam che può essere collocato facilmente nel soggiorno. È un posto comodo per la famiglia e gli amici. Un materasso ad aria autogonfiante è disponibile se è necessario un punto 6a persona.

Di sera puoi coccolarti intorno all'area del fuoco mentre arrostisci marshmallow o hot dog. Forniamo tutta la legna da ardere.
Divertiti con le galline che si aggirano per il cortile, magari vogliono solo fare uno spuntino o essere molto curiosi di sapere chi sia la nuova compagnia.
C'è un sacco di spazio per quelli con i bambini a giocare, o gli adulti per rilassarsi.
Goditi il tavolo da picnic per fare un pasto all'aperto con la famiglia e gli amici.

Cute country loft

The host was very accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the fresh eggs for breakfast. The space met all of our needs.

A cozy stay

The upper level of the house where we stayed was clean, comfortable, and cozy. It was fun to visit with the chickens, kittens and baby lambs on the property. The host was friendly and helpful.

Cute, cozy farmhouse

Our kids had a great time feeding the chickens and sheep, they played in the yard for hours and begged not to leave. At night we all enjoyed a lovely bonfire and had s’mores. It was a beautiful weekend getaway with the family that we really enjoyed.

Disappointed

My husband & I reserve this place for 28 days. Upon arrival checking in was easy. Some may say cozy while we felt cramped in this rental. Communication with the owner most inquiry answered back in a reasonable amount of time. Due the furniture in the living room being uncomfortable and causing pain in our backs, hips & knees we had to cancel after only 5 days. Our biggest complaint was the amount we were charged for the 5 night stay $220.16 a night. Right now it is listed for $119 a night for 5 nights. Renters beware if you have to cancel, don't expect a reasonable charge. Nothing you can do, the owners was paid months in advanced. You are at their mercy.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay of 45 days. Loads of history, many shopping opportunities. Host lives downstairs and took care of all our requests and needs very quickly. We also enjoyed the friendly animals, had a cat greet us at the kitchen window most mornings. Matthew took me fishing, which was fun. We would recommend this down home place to any and all

We both have lived in the Bryan/College Station area for more than 25 years. Both of us grew up here as children and have watched the city grow and change. Now that we have children of our own, they get to grow up here as well.
We bought this older home in hopes to fix it up and the enjoyment of having a slight country feeling. It has given our boys room to play and lots of opportunities to learn new things.

This property is located in the far North end of Bryan. It is conveniently located to many popular places. You don't have to drive through town to get on the highway. There is a lovely pasture behind the house with cows and horses that are so enjoyable to watch. This property has a slight country feel without the commute. We also love the experience of serving guests and the space it gives for children. It gave us the opportunity to do many things that we love like, gardening, raising chickens, kid activities and a peaceful feel of country life but without driving forever. We bought it to fix it up as well as we love older homes and enjoy to satisfaction that we made something better then it was before.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

What made us pick this house was because it gives our children plenty of running room and allowed us to have a big garden fruit trees and chickens. Even though it was on a main street the house itself sits so far back that you don't even notice the road. The large oak trees give it a peaceful feeling, and it's nice and shaded. Even though we live here the way the entrances are set up has been wonderful because we don't even notice the coming and going of each other. Both sides have a great private feel.

Oh and the cows! The pasture behind us has cows and some of them will come right up to the fence and let you feed them grass. I love hearing the occasional mooing. We only have 2 neighbors to the left and right of the house which makes for a more get away feel. We might have a new one soon diagonally from us but they have not built anything yet.

The house is for sure a fixer upper but we have learned so much and have been able to teach our kids so much with the work. We do try to do everything ourselves as we can.
We love having the upstairs so we can have family and friends come stay as well as guest like you!
