The property was fantastic and Brian the owner was one of the best we have worked with in all our vacation rentals - it was exactly as depicted and the home and surroundings were wonderful - I highly recommend it!

Our Family getaway

Owner lives next door. The place needs a very thorough cleaning. Blinds were really dirty and bathroom tub we cleaned. Ceiling had multiple water stains from a prior leak 2 yrs ago per owner. Sandy area for swimming was not Sandy at all but covered in a grayish substance. Making swimming impossible. Storm water run off next to the house smelled and made it hard to be outside. There were no blinds or curtains on bathroom window which over looked deck steps. No privacy. The one bedroom in the back gets very hot as the vent has been dry walled over. They did provide a fan but it didn’t help much. The thirty games listed is one arcade table with 30 games on it. So only two could play at a time The picnic table was broken as was a rail on the deck both of which the owner fixed right away The three bathrooms in the listing are really only two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. It’s mentioned down somewhere in descriptions but should only show two in listing not three. Brian did offer us some free firewood and use of his boar( which we would have to clean( to compensate for things We didn’t use the boat as we weren’t on vacation to clean things. We had to find things for kids to do everyday off the property as they weren’t able to swim in the lake. Google the lake before using it. We should have researched it better . We ended up spending more money to swim in green lake state park. Which was beautiful and not polluted. Overall we made the best of it.

Great location and access to the lake, plenty of parking for 7 pickups, some with trailers. There was everything we needed for a good fishing trip. Thanks

Excellent.

Excellent property, excellent location, excellent owner. Owner. We are very happy. We comfortably housed over 20 people, everybody had their bed. Numerous bunk beds for the kids and a couple private rooms for the adults. Right on the lake and plenty of room for play or relaxation. It's small and sound travels so there's limited privacy from your other guests but we weren't looking for that. We will be back.

There is a 235ft of waterfront that is on 1 acre of land. There is lots of parking, large yard, large beach area, patio and large deck. There is a fire pit, 4 picnic tables, 2 smaller outside tables, extra outdoor chairs, all linens and towels included. The deck is 10ft wide, 40ft long on the side, 50ft long facing the water and 10ft long on the 3rd side. This is a year around house and has one of the best views on the lake. The sun sets right in front of the house.

Lots of room, large yard, private and nice - includes 2 canoes and 2 kayaks. Rowboats with or without a small engine are available for rent. Free launch and park at Johnnies Pier 31 (1 mile from the house) and a boat slip are included with the rental. Free Video game machine with 60 old school games such as Pacman, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Galaga, etc. right in the living room. Horseshoe pit. 2 canoes and kayaks. Fishing poles for rent. Washer and Dryer, AC, Cable, Huge 250ft of lakefront with plenty of sandy beachfront. Incredible Sunsets on a large lot that offers plenty of privacy.

Like our other home (cottage that is listed), we make it like we would be staying there. It is not on top of other homes and you have privacy and room to roam. This is a 5 bedroom house with 4 picnic tables, 2 four seat tables with benches, a weber grill, 2 canoes, 2 kayaks, washer and dryer, dishwasher, linens, towels. city water and sewer, wifi, cable, TV's (only for days the weather doesn't cooperate) and so much more.
