Spettacolare vista lago libera da questo 3 camere 2 bagni CABINA sull'acqua. (Kimberling City, MO).

Entrambi di soggiorno con fantastica vista sul lago e tutte le attività di canottaggio.

Amazing location > Horrible management.

The property location is exceptional! Basically on the water with a private gravel beach. The property itself is very good but in need of some major maintenance. The deck needs replacement, the sliding glass doors are inoperable for kids or seniors ( they catch and must be lifted ). The mud / laundry room in the lower level apparently leaks during rain, the carpet in that area was completely soaked and smelt mildewy. The pee-trap under the sink in the lower level bathroom leaks when used ( we basically did not use lower level ). If you have any bad weather days, the TV's do not work. The Cable / Satellite which is on the listing does not work ( also no rabbit ears for free TV ). When we asked the the property manager about this thru the VRBO app, we were ghosted for 48hrs. Then after sending emails, were told there is no WIFI. When any issues are brought to attention, management either ignores you or says we are improving the property next year. Overall the properties location is amazing, the style excellent. If some maintenance is done, the property would be a 100. Then the only downside would be management.

Has potential....

Amazing view and location, but work needs. The kitchen was functional, and bedding was clean....that's all I REALLY needed. However, you can tell this house needs a lot of work. The railing to get into the house (with the door code) was very wobbly. It would be difficult for an older person relying on the railing to walk up the stairs without it. The sliding doors, both up and downstairs, were terrible. Only 3 of the 6 people staying could get them open. Only 1 outlet worked outside which made it difficult to blow up floats for the lake and plug in a stereo. The upstairs shower had what looked like an outdoor rug in it to stand on. Communication leading up to the trip was fabulous, but once we were at the house and had a question, we never got a reply. We couldn't get the TV to work and what the kids were able to pull up were porn channels. We had to tell them no TV for the weekend (as you can imagine they weren't happy). The top deck sags in spots that were covered by outdoor rugs. We just put a chair on the spots we felt like people shouldn't walk on as a reminder. The view from the basement door was great! However, the area needs sprayed. There were lots of wasps and an unreal amount of daddy long legs. The walk to the lake from the house could also be improved. There is a short steep area to walk down to get to a narrow manmade path (switchback) to the lake. There is a man made firepit off the lake that was enjoyable if you want to bring your own supplies.

50th b-day

The view is incredible! The deck is very questionable. There was lose boards and some that were roted. They also decided to mow during my stay and left all the trimmings on the bottom deck were we would walk through going in and out. I also had family over to celebrate my 50th birthday I recieved a text wondering why there were 5 cars there. It made me feel uncomfortable like the were watching during my stay. They also say that there is cable but it is only recordings on the dvr. They also had only 4 dinner plates.

The property is beautiful, the house was just as described. The deck was a little sketchy and the incline to go to the water was really very steep.

Lake front

The cabin was beautiful, loved sitting on the deck drinking my coffee and watching the sunrise. Got to see a deer and her baby's. Everything was great except the patio sliding doors need to be fixed, they are hard to open.
